I am facing one issue. Whenever I am using this phone for long calling or internet searching. It automatically get turn off due to heating. And it is not turning on, can any body help me. if there is any issue with this phone

I have Xolo Q3000 and I am unable to connect it with wifi on both secure and unsecured wifi networks.Device shows the wifi networks name with saved,secured with WPA2(after entering right password).on clicking CONNECT, it shows AUTHENTICATION PROBLEM.I am using BSNL Broadband wifi(this wifi network easily connect with my Samsung Galexy Core). What to do please help.

hi am using xolo q3000. And i am facing some problem.... In case of incoming calls my cell is not displaying saved contacts. And in call log also it is displaying number not the name of the caller even though it saved in my cell phone. this problem started after the latest update..... any help please.... :-)

Xolo has provided 4.4.2 kitkat updates to their xolo Q1000 Opus phone.Xolo Q3000 is the most costliest phone of xolo so why they are not providing 4.4.2 kitkat updates to this phone ?
They shld give kitkat updates to xoloQ3000 also
