[deleted post]i have 6 members in my family and right to xolo q 700 , 700 i , 800 x edition , 1000s, 1010i and q 3000 from last 2 to 8 months is being used we are loving the built quality to hardware and software .. i agree that supplied accrssories like flip cover , handsfree may not be of good quality ... but compaired to samsung it is good in features and price... was a user of samsung grand previously... so i can see the difference.NOW...

I have bought Xolo phone Model No. Q1010, I.E.M.I No.-911363600064216 from Classic Watch Center, Dehradun on 15th March 2014 and after 15 days it got switched off (out of order) on 30th March 2014 and on 31st March 2014. I went to Xolo Service Center on 31st March 2014 and they told me that it would take 10 to 15 days to get serviced, Its been almost 1 month and I haven’t got my phone serviced. I called up Xolo service center many times but they didn’t give me proper information regarding my phone, They told me that the phone will be replaced from Dehradun only and I haven’t got time to visit Dehradun as i am working here & will not get holidays and it would be sheer wastage of my Money, Time & Energy if i visit Dehradun, I told them all this but now they are only avoiding me. I am facing inconvenience without my phone, So, please get me out of it. I want a new set from XOLO otherwise i want my 12,000 rs back.
I file a case against XOLO
xolo product is very very bad and his service..

Harish, 25 Apr 2014yes mr sukhpal, you are right xolo mobile is very bad quali... morem usig q700 i n q800 n q 3000 dont believe till u have tried .. i also thoght like u and now see i have 3 of them ... it all depends on hoe u take it positive like me then no issues or else ...even samsung and lg's and sonies have there set of issues ..n lot people say bad abt them ... still people buy them ... i would say go for it

Hey all, I'm from bangalore and I bought xolo Q3000 for about Rs19200/-. I thought this phone wopuld be a bummer and waste of cash, apparently this is one of the best phones ive ever used. The battery backup is excellent. I play all high end games like Asphalt 8 (runs smooth on Low and medium setting, Lags a bit on high setting), dead trigger 2, Robocop etc. All the games work fine. The diplay is really beautiful so crisp and clear. Ive been using this phone for about 46days now and i have not had problems till date. the phone manages to suprise me always. My brother has a nexus 5 and a galaxy note 3, I compared all these phones with the q3000 and the q3000 manages to beat the nexus 5 (expect for the android version) and almost comes close to the note 3 which colts about 45000 here in bangalore. Im very much happy with this phone I like the fact that xolo provides free flipcover and screenguard and an OTG cable, The flipcover acts as a stand too, really helpful that is. It supports upto 1TB of external storage via OTG i find that to be really helpful. Thanks Xolo for creating a wonderful device like this. Cheers.

*#*#3646633#*#* ( it is engineering mode code works)
and then swlwct audio:-
then in spkr mode
select ring
and then
put 220 insted of 128 and save
and
then 160 for second 128 mode and save
exit out n check the ringer it is loud and i love it

I have short listed q3000 and q2500. Im a bit confused as q2500 Wil get kitkat upgrade and q3000 won't. Q3000 has more memory inbuilt than q2500. Q3000 is better is what i feel. Does anyone disagree. I might get this mobile next month.i checked online, q2500 is 15k and q3000 is 18k. Should i go for canvas series? Totally confused. Ur opinion's are valuable. Thnx

muni, 20 Apr 2014When I am on call display totally goes off & I can't ev... moreI also had this issue for a while and then I discovered that the screen gaurd was blocking the proximity sensor which was causing the issue. Readjusting the screen gaurd fixed the issue.

When I am on call display totally goes off & I can't even cancel the call in the middle or after it is done.. I have to tell the caller to cut the call. Because display comes back after 30 seconds.. Really irritated by this.

Yes I had some touch problems if I press 1 key 2 letters used 2 come and I was totally fed up then I contacted customer care also but they did not have any idea about these problems at the time I really cursed xolo and I felt like I was cheated ,after that I just updated the software since there my phone is working very smoothly and I really love it.but now also I am not happy with the ringing volume and when u on call the display light will come only after 2,3 seconds I think if u change som setting this will b OK .dont expect any guidance from cc sevice they still 2 improve.I just want 2 say u go 4 it u will like it

Phone is good with good battery backup of 3 to 5 days for normal usage but audio quality is very low.

Out of 16GB of internal storage you get 12.70 GB of user storage and 0.98GB for apps
