Worst battey.. got swolen out in 8 months.. no battery available in service centers...

I bought this phone some time back and things seem ok but this phone turns/switches off by itself time to time and I have to remove the battery and then again put it to get the phone started.
what could possibly be wrong with the phone?
is it because of the battery?
I have read the thread that battery is not available and Galaxy Note 1 battery fits in it. is that right?

Hey Guys,
I have seen in this thread talkig about the Samsung battrey of 2500 mAH.
Which fits well in the cabinate without any modifications/alteration.
Can some one please help us.
Since Xolo Guys are not going to help for sure.

it's battery is worst...dont buy this phone (xolo q700)..i m waiting its battery since 2 months..relly damm it....

qoloq700 battery problem,i am swamy from Bangalore I contacted customer care for the issue they given Bangalore 3 service center no I went and they replied me waiting since two monts for battery againt I contacted to customer care and mails also done they not given any respnce why they will sell this type of products,
pls inform me which battery suits to this mobile

You can use Nokia 3.7V battery its working fine . I used BL-5CB

I am using xolo q700 for the past 10 months and for the first 5-6 months it worked fine but later it started giving problems first its sound port failed, now I am able to hear from only one end of the headphone no matter what brand headphone I use, then one end of the screen showed yellow dots ,now from past month the battery has bulged out and I m not able to close the cover which is really freaking me out because from time to time the phone gets off.
As we people have already bought the xolo crap and put are hard earned money in it, let's unanimously send the request to company head and ask them to do the necessary things on urgent basis and if nothing happens declare an online war against xolo and its services

My battery of xoloQ700 got swollen within 7 months. I went to Service center but had Worst experience ever, they do not have stock of new batteries and requests pending since 2-3 months for the same. I recommend not to go for any of the xolo phones.Its sheer waste of your hard earned money.

Hello every xolo q700 user i would like to say that this phone is pretty amazing it is better than other phones which are costlier than it It gives similar FEAUTERS AS SAMSUNG S3 BUT ITS BATTERY IS WORST i brought this phone in july 2013 it was working good but after few months it start growing big in its breath i went to its services centre in charni road,mumbai the guy there said me it will take one week to repair but my phone came after two monts in feb i was really annoyed with them but still there are faults in this phone its speaker gives cracked noise when song or movie is played it swithices off suddenly when battery is 100% charged it happnens until battery reaches 60% im really frustrated by this phone but the good side of this phone is it has two modes owner mode and kids mode it never hangs while playing games so like thios phone 60% ONLY If you have battery problem you can use xoloa500s battery thank you!!!!!!!

No customisation, slips in very nicely. Performance is better than the original xolo battery.
