PLEASE DON'T EVER GO FOR XOLO AS THE PRICE MAYBE ATTRACTIVE BUT THEY HAVE ONE OF THE POOREST SERVICE BACKUP WITH NO SPARE,I COULDN'T USE MY PHONE FOR PAST 3 MONTHS . The battery has gone within 8 months. Even the batteries are not available anywhere, even with the service centre. And service centre people are not able to tell when the battery will come even after one month.now they say its under production.funny. Pl. don't go for this product.I am literally cursing them as my hard earned money had gone.PEOPLE WHO DON'T CARE FOR MONEY CAN GO FOR THIS
I am going to file complaint against so called xolo &there service centre.
I ones again requested my friends not to by any xolo pdoduct.

The worst service I have ever seen. The battery has gone within 6 months. Even the batteries are not available anywhere, even with the service centre. And service centre people are not able to tell when the battery will come even after one month. Pl. don't go for this product.
I am going to file complaint against so called xolo &there service centre.

please tell me that how are you charging your q700 with nokia bl-5c battery?
are you charging the battery by removing it and charging by external source?
can using nokia battery harm the PCB of my mobile?

I had purchased Xolo Q700 phone about 9 months back, recently battery got swollen n started leaking. After speaking to your customer care executive they asked me to visit borivali service center and buy new battery. They said it was not in stock will order and you will get in 10 days. Post that no one has been picking up the phone. Checked with other service centers also but got same reply they dont have it in stock saying company is not providing.
How can we use the phone without battery, had put a request in your website but no reply. Never seen such pathetic service by any other mobile company. Atleast they have courtesy to reply.
Request you to either provide me with a battery or replace the phone with a new one.

I am Using XOLO q700 from last eight months and now battery is not woriking properly and When I try to cotact service center they inform me that "Sir, Stock of Battery is not available" so now I personally advice to not buy any products of XOLO as this company is not up to the mark to fulfill his customer requirements

never buy xolo mobiles...strategy of this company is to sell use and throw products and make money and cheat customers...be careful...
guys even i am suffering from same problem, battery bulged and leaked in 6 months..its been 3 months since battery is out of stock...and battery costs 950 not 750, i have paid 100rs and got job sheet and waiting till now..and touch screen doesn't work properly..
i am also going to lodge complaint on xolo company..and also thinking to go for media...
i have already lost my patience and brought a branded mobile samsung s4...
if u r buying xolo = throwing hard earned money to dustbin.
xolo care service centers are fraud...people come to know this after they get problem with their xolo mobiles, ask any customers of xolo mobiles they definitely regret for buying this brand..
once i gave a positive review, after 6 months i realized their products are use and throw..
please....buy any better brand mobiles..i wasted my hard earned 10k on this shit without listening to people...
