Guys I am also looking for the battery. I am confused buying BL 5C, as some online store mention 850MAH, some 980 and some 1020. Also it is roughly only about half the size of the xolo battery. You guys sure it is working.

Dear All,
Please don't buy Xolo at any point of time, iam having problem with my battery so i given to xolo care for replacement on 22-Feb-2014 still they have not provided any replacement and making me to run each corner by saying that "battery will be received on next week"
It is horrible service available from Xolo. Don't buy xolo it will good for only 6 months then You have to through the mobile to trash.
Add few more thousands and buy some branded mobile.

I am using xolo q700 from last 9 months.
From last one month I have battery problem.
New battery is not available in Market or xolo care.
So request to not buy any xolo mobile.
Service center is also so bad.
All product have some issue like Battery, Ear phone, camera, etc.

I am using this phone since last september. Phone is working great but since 3 days my mobile is not getting charged i dunno what is the problem whether it is on battery or in charger port. Please suggest me.

My phone was in warranty and was having battery problem. I sent my phone to zolo care - best services in pritampira. They told me it will take 10 to 15 days for the battery to be replaced but today it is the 18th day and still I have no sign from them. They now say that they dont have battery in stock and dont know how much time it will take.
will someone please guide me what shall I do regarding this issue.

Now I am using Nokia BL-5C battery. Its really worked fine. Giving almost 10hrs back up. Hence if battery is not available try nokia battery. Fill empty space with thermocol after inserting battery. Battery is available on eBay just Rs.220. Just try and enjoy.

also i have same problem battery..
it is fully enlarge as ball after six months.. then they said warranty is over..and no stock of battery till 1 month..
q700 product is good but without battery it is a toy
