The battery literally bl... moremy mobile has no issues so far.. battery bloated and i hav booked for new one it already passed 8 days.. temporarily i released the swelling and using it with usb charging without back cover.. do i get the battery for sure.. or waiting for it no use.. Kindly help me i am from tamil nadu.. using xolo q700 changed to 700i rom..

I am using normal nokia bl 5c battery for q700 its 100% suitable for work. Not size

please don't but any xolo products..its service is very delayed. they are launching new models even without providing any spares of the released products. until 6 months you will be surprised with the high performance of the xolo smartphones. but it makes you disappointing when a silly complaint arises. in my case a simple complaint in battery made me devoid of my whats app and facebook for 2 months...so think twice

I brought Q700 phone in August 2013.
Now my battery shape is changed.
I made a complain in service center but response from them Battery is not in grantee. then i ask for new one they reply its not in stock u have to wait for 10-15 days. Today is 20th day & still i m waiting for that..
So I think Xolo is comparable to illegitimate chines products.

Zolo battery is the worst of all cell phones and the company also dont give any waranty for the battery as the find excuses for the same, i am having very bad experience with zolo phones so it is beeter to go for branded phones.

Good spec budget phone. here comes d' corns. my display broken(my mistake) and cost me Rs 4980 n Bnglr. Practically 60 days to repair( n number of calls to know update and have to travel very far as my house is very far,not service centre's). battery bulged n 4months. replaced battery. new one bulged in next 2months. need to spend money Rs900 t buy battery. :( Hidden fact as per my knowledge. moisture sensor kept just behind charging slot. the chance of turning sensor to red is way more higher as its n top portion. so ull b out of warranty. Got few touch issue which can b solved to an extent thru software update. Pls use USB or branded chargers which charge battery slow for long life. (let me try this n new battery)

3rd class service worst service whn u hv sum prob in phn service center takes 2-3 moths to slove the prob expect the service prob phn was totally awsm

This is a hopeless product. I bought it in June 2013 and the display had some problem within 15 days. Gave it for service and they took 2 months to repair and return the handset. The speaker did not work on reciept and they said it is not under warranty as they have already opended the handset. Hopeless customer care and pathetic quality

I am using this since Aug 2013.. for first 2 mnths it eas ok & after that the phone hangs up every day .. that too i have not downloaded the more apps & even a single game ...very worst phone except battery back up....

Not even a single complaint that i have for this phone. when people ask for my phone to check it out, they get jealous that I've got this beauty for just Rs. 9800

I bought Q700 with the hope that it would at least work for a year. Its been 4 months and touch is not working. The more sad part is there is no positive response from customer service. I think Xolo is comparable to illegitimate chines products.
