Map navigator application does not work properly in xolo 700. Other things were OK for one month. After that I found Network issues. One SIM was always out of network. Other one was sometime working and sometime not. Now in Service centre for more then 40 days. I don't know how long it will take. Service is very bad at XOLO.

supperb and budget fone since last 6 days i use this fone ... its pritty good ecprience...
but today i was in wifi network are but its is not conneting to wifi .. i unusually i was trying to connect after reboot the phone but still it is not connected.. plzzzz help with better rply

xolo q700 phone is worst phone ever seen . i had used only not more than one month and sudden problem occur . i have submited at service center at malad mumbai on 28 th sep 2013 still i have not received my phone . they people are just saying it will come soon.but not received proper answer from them . so this is my experience that i will not advice to buy q 700 .

Amazing phone, no lag even while multitasking. Camera quality as also pretty good. all in all best buy for the cost you shell out. now coming to the very reason of this review. My cell phones screen cracked, had a hard time in figuring out where to get the repair done.
finally got directed to a service centre in Malad, Mumbai.
after handing over the phone to them i read about the review of after sales service on various website, i was horrified by the negative review..i had almost given up on my phone.
but to my surprise, not only did i get my phone repaired in time, the service centre manager one Mr. Jai Prakash, went out of his was to deliver the phone to me in person far away from the service centre.
thats will remain mu best after sales service in terms of any product for a long long time....Kudos to XOLO!!!!

nitish, 06 Nov 2013the damn phone has started rebooting randomly multiple time... moreFactory reset has done the trick. However, be sure to backup your data before the reset.
