Guys asking about moving apps to external SD card:
Yes, it is possible AFTER you root your phone.
Rooting method is simple if you follow the steps in any guide thats available if you search online... refer xda-developers site.

After you root, you hav to do two things..
1.. use Link2SD app and you can link your applications to your SD card..
2.. you also need to use Foldermount app (for linking .obb and data files on your sd card).
the steps are available online by various bloggers... in fact, you can get all the info that i have just said from xda-developers site.. just search for xolo q700.
I followed those steps and am able to play Asphalt 7 and Nova 3. graphics are good and gameplay is smooth in both these games, but Nova 3 takes a HUUUUUUUGE 10 minutes at the loading screen!!!..ughh
I have been using the phone for the past 2 months.. experience has been great!!

Its been a week now since I am using this phone. I am impressed by its performance.. There are lists of Pro's to boost about but in the end there's always a con. Surprisingly there is only three con's I found to be annoying:
1. App to SD card (but apps don't crash in internal)sufficient to manage utility apps n decent games.
2. Music output (Expecting too much at this price) is very very poor on every external enhancements (car audio or headphones).
3. Facebook birthday reminders are not auto sync to calendar (using xperia SL as well)
Rest, having a good time with the phone as a 2nd phone in my pocket.

Hi To All,
In My Xolo Q700, Data Enable is doing problem,
If anyone has the problem like this.
and i want to do reset the data usage. Even though i format the system still it's not enable the data..
For Example..
In my data usage Cycle Sep 7- Oct 6.
Still it's not enable the data connection..
the 2 navigation bars in Sep 30-Oct 6.. Even after am dragging from the beginning. it's goes again back to the same posiotion...
Please help me out from this issue.

Hi All,
I purchased mobile 2days back. I am not getting signal properly. when I see the signal is minimum 3 points, but still am not getting call's(other end giving switched off/not reachable). when i am calling to others am not able to hear there voice, others also not able to hear. Please suggest me any one how to solve this problem. please

Request from all of us Xolo Q700 owners pls pls pls make option to move apps to sd card. I have gone through many blogs and all are saying same thing. Xolo Q700 is the best mobile for the price tag given except this small problem. 2.78Gb is not sufficient at all.

We all are facing problem with moving apps to sd. So I wrote mail to "care@xolo.in" given below. Pls copy n paste the text & send it to xolo. When they will receive many many mails, they might do something regarding this. So I request you all to just send Dear Xolo R & D,
Request from all of us Xolo Q700 owners pls pls pls make option to move apps to sd card. I have gone through many blogs and all are saying same thing. Xolo Q700 is the best mobile for the price tag given except this small problem. 2.78Gb is not sufficient at all.

Under Sunlight good 720p video. Your 2nd query.. you can't move app to SD Card..today I tried Asphalt 8,1.5 GB Game! it didn't play when I copied data to SD Card/Android/dbb..but played pretty smooth when installed in INTERNAL Storage..I tried 'Dead Trigger' 150+ MB, 'Frontline Commando' 117 + MB, played very smoothly when installed Internal storage..Ultimately at present all these high end games can be played in this phone...that's a great thing..I heard the review..but now I myself checked this high end games..pretty happy..but can't be moved to SD CARD...I don't know whether this is because of Version 4.2..if that's the case, after new version this problem should be solved..I am waiting for any new updation...if anybody knows 100% please confirm this is because of 4.2 ( Can't move to SD Card)...as of now I don't want to root my phone because it does all major phone performance very well...If you have any doubt, I try to reply what I have checked myself or know 100%
