AnonD-178962, 25 Aug 2013If you are seriously considering this phone, then you must ... morehi..dhruv hru I'm really happy to hear golden words for Xolo q700 from you bcoz I'm Nokia fan for years I used many Nokia phones latest I have used is Nokia 808, when I was short of money I sold out that phone , and I needed good phone with solid processor and within my budget and lucky I came across q700, immediately I liked it totally flat with its response . everything. is xlnt in it later when I see reviews I understood must be work of other competitor job to discouraged this perfect phone .by seeing two of my cousin purchased and very happy ...two things I found it need improvements one is in call clarity is low and camera both need slightly push great things is quad core and 2400mah battery is USP of this phone.than Xolo for giving budget high end phones for Indians thanq

Bcos this cell doesn't come with any OTG Micro USB cable, at least i dint get it. So is the Mico USB cable available in the market and it yes what is the cost.

If you are seriously considering this phone, then you must read this:-
I decided to buy a phone under 10k and From July 25th to 13th Aug 13, I consumed more than 2 GB Data!! To check the videos, reviews, Unboxing, facebook, twitter what not. No phone could satisfy my requirements than Q700. How many feature does this phone has…still perfectly fits under budget of Rs. 10000/-. I chose this as soon as 28th July (3rd Day), but scared after seeing the reviews and opinions in Flipkart and GSMarena by user especially Customer Care which they may not be wrong. So next 15 Days tried all phones from 5k to 10k focusing Branded Phone and shortlisted Samsung Duos and Nokia Lumia 520, but my mind was not willing for too much of compromise. And one more thing, in my city there is no Xolo Service Centre and it is 300 kms away from the capital city. I went to the Mobile shop and told him that I liked Q700 and worried about Service Centre and he assured me that First 7 days, there will Replacement and after that if there any problem, he himself (the shop owner) would collect and send it to Service Centre and within 7-10 days he can get the phone back after got it repaired and told me that otherwise he would not sell. This gave some confidence and after his promise … finally on 13th Aug 13 @ 1.13 pm ( Please note 13th Unlucky No.) I bought this phone!!! I only know how much nervous I was if something happens to my phone what to do. So, next 6 Days I checked each and every feature and function so that if there any problem, I could get a replacement, but everything was working fine.
After continuously using for 11 Days this is what my observation:-
1. DISPLAY: Amazing Display..there is a difference between normal and OGS Display. Small text looks very crisp.
2. BUILD : Though it is 151 grm. Doesn’t feel heavy!! Nice premium build.
3. BATTERY: Fantastic..Good for heavy usage. But many times it doesn’t charge full 100% stops at 97% or 99% even after leaving charging entire night. Suggestion: Unplug and recharge for another 30 minutes it will show 100%. Laptop charging very slow.
4. SOUND: For me it is ok, even music with good headset with equalizer very good. If you keep your phone with pouch, outdoor you may not hear ringtone properly.
5. Net Speed : Good.
6. Call Quality : Good.
7. GPS : With Net, it works fine.
8. Accelerometer and Compass works fine, remember compass I installed in Canvass HD it didn’t work.
9. GAME and APPS: I Played Subway Surfers, Temple Run2, Despecable Me, Angry Birds-All, Many Useful Office Apps like Camscanner and many other were installed without any issue and played very well without any Lags. For Heavy Gamers 4GB (2.68 GB) may not be sufficient.
10. CAMERA: For this Budget, for me it is more than enough. But you prefer Camera avoid this phone. If you research all Budget phones has deficiency in Low light photography.
11. OTG: This is a surprise for me…I could connect Pen Drive (Upto 16GB it read) and copy, play. USB Mouse and played Angry Birds and even connect Keyboard. This you cannot do with Samsung Grand, I tried. But Canvas HD has.
VERDICT: I am keeping 5k with me, if something happens to my phone will buy NOKIA 501, and after the service let it take 1 Month also, then I will use this. So including Reserve 5k(10+5k),15k I can not get this much good phone in Samsung. Decision is Yours.

in 1 hour, how much percent will the battery get charged...in my case, only 16% gets charged..is it too slow?

I bought xoloQ700, a very good phone, accidently I broke the digitizer...........then I knew about poor service. for a Rs9000 phone a touch screen cost of Rs4500?? thats too much for asking.... Xolo care says spares are not available in open market........

I'm facing problems with touch screen. It has some sensitivity problems on left side edge. Some times its screen starts clicking on its own.. Very horrible condition. But the most pathetic thing is that there is no service center in my state (Kerala). The call center staff says that they will send their courier agent to pick the phone from my house, but no one has still come and its more than a week. Very bad service...

one of the best phone -
need improvements in camera in nights good in day lights ..battery awesome comes decently two days ..UI very smooth this is my first android after using magnificent Nokia 808, I'm happy to have Xolo only concerns about service centre n/a . every thing is just gr8 ordered back pou
ch from eBay blue color waiting for it should come ASAP. 9/10 only bcoz camera and music quality little less if it improved then 10/10 :) tnx

1> some glitchs on screen while camera is on (doesnt happen always; and the pictures r fyn) so tell me is there any solution for this?? pls reply.
