I recently bought xolo Qxolo(last week).. Superb ph.. BT after updating the ph software ( 350mob update/patch proprovide by xolo ) I am having some issue with the camera.. Smtym there r distortion / glitches on the screen when camera is on.. BT the pictures were fyn..
I hv alredy sent 3mails to their customer care.. BT didnt gt any reply.. If any of u guys could help me out I wold be very thankful.. also do u knw where is xolo service center in kolkata!!!!!. U can mail me at saikatmanna22@gmail.com ;;

friends please dont update the fone.....i have purchased it abt 10 days ago...after the update camera viewfinder showing rainbow colours and call quality has detiorated...please hlp....xolo people not responding..no reply to mail..i dont want to go to service station.

xolo phones support other branded earphones only not headset .mean xolo phones not suppor mic in headset
i am using beats headfones comes without mic.it worked fine and only listen for music.

I brought Xolo Q700 on July 2013, so far i think its a great phone, the Quad core 1GHz processor, the 1GB RAM, and many others great features especially if you notice how low the price is. The battery, 2400mAh splendid.
But, i'm not full satisfy with its call volume and music output volume/speaker, its abit too low. It would have been great if the Internal memory storage capacity expand to atleast 8GB. And also, we compaired the main camera+flash, which is 5MP, with a Samsung with 5MP camera+flash, ang the result was Samsung has a better picture quality. How can this happen with the same mega pixel camera? Plus, if the front camera can have atlest 1 MP it would make it a much better phone.
Over all a Great Phone from Xolo. Try improving your manufactures in the future, remember your on your way to the top of the league. Good Luck.

hi my name is Suraj Kumar and Few Month before i made i mistake to buy a phone xolo A-700 phone handfree was not working after the purchage of 3 month and phone's 3.5 mm jack was not supoort and branded headfone.still i was happy but on date of 5 july phone ringer and on 09-jul-2013 i submmited my phone and till the date i did not rec my phone so this is the story of xolo the company sucks

I've searched for the solution, but couldn't find it.

i am experiencing problems with reliance gprs in delhi circle. originaly my sim is of maharashtra network. (also i have updated with that 350 mb patch). Somebody please guide me if anybody is facing the same issue with gprs after update or if its reliance problem

I am using this mobile from past 2 weeks .. So far so Good .. Great Value for Money .
Only problem i am facing is , during outgoing call whenever call connects mobile is vibrating .. Its really irritating.
Please help me out to overcome this issue
