I placed my order yesterday in shopping.indiatimes.com site. But after referred to most of the sites in which users have given all negative comments saying they are not shipping the products. And even shopping.indiatimes.com not refunding the money back to the customers. Please reply asap so that i can able to cancel my order and purchase the product from other site.

I had purchased a q700 two weeks before. But now its that a portion of the touch screen is not responding, I tried contacting the customer care., but was always busy. I'm really sad that I trusted a company like lava.

Fellas,
As far as from my opinion when you decided to go for a smart phone with a minimum of 4.5 inch screen size the first things you got a look in to CPU type, GPU type obviously it is requires when it is running under android popular versions like ice cream or jellybean, And the screen type whether TFT,LCD,IPS,AMOLED which is it running under a good pixels sizes like 720 x 1280 or 540 x 960 or 480 x 800 sizes and the most important one is pixel density (ppi)screen color and experience of viewing a nice images or videos puts it under the ppi density. So first CPU and GPU second Pixel size and ppi density these are the most common things which you have to look in to other things are important first look in to these facts..

2) Have this phone for a little above 2 months and no issues what so ever. So no idea how’s the after sales service / repair service.
3) The build quality is certainly far better than Micromax (Canvas 2).

does it support OTG cable, is there any type of LED light blinks for notification and can it really play high end games like NOVA 3, Asphalt 7 etc…..

shak, 09 Aug 2013i have problem with pattern lock it shows error `disabled... moreThe solution lies in the Xolo Secure app. There is one option wherein to get 100% security it disables the pattern lock by default. So go the Xolo Secure and turn off the Screen Lock option. You can then select a patten lock for your phone.

hello all i'm planning to buy Q700 but i've few query ..can anybody answer these pls....??
1.app to sd downloaded from playstore work in this phone?
2. how is after sell service? ?service centre provide reasonable repair services??
3. is this phone same in quality as Micromax or better? ?
4. problem of repeated requirements of repairing is there in this phone??

and Realy dude you giving a toll free that's great but why if there is no persone who understand the customer i had word with Parminder and Yashpal they are superviser there in xolo care and they have no wroth of thire mouth ist one told wait for 48 hrs and form last 20 days i m waiting..
