Its such a good phone,but i also gotten same issue with my mobile.From the first month i faced touch pad not working properly and battery is drained very fast.service center took a 1 month for my mobile repairing.but the battery issue still not solved.i also change my mobile battery,its very suck problem still happened again.

Not a bad product,But don't buy.On feb 2014 i Purchased it touch not working after 8 months.Please go with brand than only you find service.But after all this electronic products are always luck (to got a good product with out any problem)

Battery life was good.but swelled after months and had to replace the bettery.how long this new battery wil function, even the company has No guarantee on it...rest part is OK, except a software upgrade needed in between.Service staff is notd technically qualified

very bad phone. battery swelled within 8 months. Customer Care failed to provide battery. Besides,the touch is not working properly. No one should purchase xolo phones.

Very bad experience. Battery swelled. No response from Customer care. Ordered new battery 10 days back.

After 9 month of purchase the battery got swollen.though in warrenty period,the service center in Fanasia business park opposit Vashi station refused to replace as it is user's fault of over charging.I was ready to pay for new one,but they said it is not available with them.I tried outside 5 mobile shops but not available instead advised me to go nearby xolo service centre.

For the very first time i droped my phone down that too from a half meter height, for that itself my touch has been broken.. very worst quality of outer material is used.. Do anybody has idea about whether I have to change the touch only or i have to change the touch along with the LCD screen.. I am asking this because i heard that since it uses ogs technology we have to change the both. and also i am seeing in market that touch for xoll q700i is not available and only available for xolo q700 buying and replacing this will be compatible?

Worst service. when I had issue with my phone, they took 1 month and said that ll be replacing with new 1010i. But replaced with q700.When asked and service guy was very rude and finally agreed fro replacing with 700i. Replaced with old and physically damaged. Later, when i took to head office, it has been changed with 1010i. No proper co-ordination with head office and service center.

my xoloq700i battery was swallen in just 7 months after purchase. cant find battery in my city till 2 months. Using my phone as landline. some dots in the display. Earphones stopped working.... Good performance with bad in fact very bad accessories.
