the indian, 21 Apr 2014got mine q800 on this saturday and updated over ota to 4.2.... moreagree with u bro i to has same issue with titanium s 5 + ... i dont think company has any qc dept to check these issues... m also on q 800 white color..
i just love my phn.. updated ota now works cool.. thx xolo for such a cool brand... let me know if i can flash this phone with q900 rom from :-

got mine q800 on this saturday and updated over ota to 4.2.1 n wow works cool unlike x etition does not drain batt that faster.. screen is good with vieing angels giving no prob at all. 8 mpx cam and well set stock cam app.. works good form me.
color is white looks decent n sober . had titanium s5 plus where in 26 min batt would be 94 percent. and data would start automatically when sim inserted in 3g slot and wify n bluetoth will not activate but would work after reboot (wierd) all karbonn modells have batt issues espicially this one s5+. so had to give it back n took a 800 ,,,m setisfied with it except music player which is a bit of disappointment.. but m ok with it .... wil post more abt my experince and update u guies...

got mine today all is working fine... updated to 4.2.1 via xolo care app..all is fine BUY HIS GRACE... music player ok but no equalizer plz help... n can i flash this phone with rom of q900 .. plz reply me asap..

I am also facing the camera problem, Erroe "Cant connect camera" since last update i am facing this issue
tricks worked for me
1:Flashing the stock rom using spflash tool,then updating it to jb 4.2.1.
2:Now a days this works for me switching off the phone, and gently pressing the area adjacent to camera , it is working for me, i thing a loose connection.
3:As some of you pointed out that after update camera icon does not come , true but you can use it from lock screen it self,or from galley application.
4.I have visited to their service center to get it fixed,they said camera module need replacement, by this weekend i expect the replacement..still fingers crossed bcoz after all Xolo..
looking for a perfect solution, still search is on.let me know if you find some thing perfect.

I went to the service center, there they downgraded it to 4.1.2( stock ROM ) again and the camera started working.
Hope this might help... goto the service center

hey frndz i suggest you never ever purchase xolo and lava products... they have bull shit features it better that you Add some more money and purchase good brand mobile... but never xolo
I bought xolo q800 phone 2 months ago... camera is fine gaming review is nice... but voice quality is very poor... There is many problem apart from that.. But Big problem i am facing... that Calling voice quality... When i talked with anyone many time i receive one sound to multiple parts... Can't understand any single work what my frnds say to me.. then i disconnect the call and dealing Again...
plzzz don't buy this 3rd class phone...itz better that you purchase any phone in the range or 4k to 6k they were perform better then xolo Q800.. Seriously i am very sad with this phone and there features

Am using this phone from past 6 months , I heard that android 4.2 Is available for this mobile , currently having android 4.1.2,
