Hi guys,just install a custom Rom in your awesome xolo q800.It will definitely improve the performance.Better camera,GPS,sound etc.Lots of custom roms available for this phone.Just go to Androidjugaad forum,Xda developers forum etc.

I have updated my xolo q800 it work fine even earlier.update via xolo site only no issue.OTA update may some issues.

wow...I very nice display quality....every every speed performance even if I have a HD gamesand apps a lot.sound quality is good.battery perfomace is also nice.and camera is pure quality.video quality is 720p resolution.its amazing.never lags.good product of xolo.I give 9 out of 10.guys .let's buy xoloq800.

I have xolo q800 and I have updated 4 times with 4.2 and all the time it keeps on restarting all the time,when I check with the service center they are saying the update is still not available for my phone
why when xolo care is saying update is available for xolo q800

guys i have the xolo q 800 and after update i also faced the same issues as u... so regarding the issue where names are not showing up in msgs: first take a back up of ur contact list and save it somewhere may be on ur drop box or email it to urself, then delete the entire contact list and run the back up which u have saved, issue will get resolved
if any of the apps not working: remove the icon from the home screen go to apps manager and launch the app from there, even if it is ur camera, then go to the main apps screen and create a new icon on ur home screen once again, issue will get resolved, if nothing is working out u will have to reset it to factory settings, but remember to back up every thing before u do so, best thing will be u just call tech support of xolo and they will help u for the same...

i recently updated my Xolo Q800 to 4.2.1 since then whenever i make a call the display turns off automatically and i am not able to disconnect the call or turn on the speaker .. Pls help ..
