I got Xolo q800 on 25/6/13 in Pune. On 15/7/2013 its camera fails to work, on jul 16 i called customer care no 1800-30-100-104 & mail u, they told me, phone will be collected from ur home & pack d phone in box with its bill ,so i pack d phone & waiting for fedex (xolo offcial courier) as per our discussion.i wait for 2 day but i don't get any response from company,so i called c.c no daily twice they telling me within 24 hours Ur phone will be pick up.today 02 aug 2013 i called them and told i call ur c.c no daily since last 18 days no response then they told me we hav only one collection center in Malad Mumbai,if u cant wait pls com to Malad and deposit Ur handset. Its not possible for me 2 go mumbai. I hav wasted too much money on ur phone & time with ur customer care no.

those who have this phone please tell that can we do video calling without using any external app? like through the dialer diectly. please reply urgently. my main purpose is to do video calling without any external app.

hi i using this device now in present time, the xolo q800 is a best phone in a android smartphones, the bettry backup is awasome. and xolo gives us a big 4.5 display for use
overall xolo is the best phone.

hi i would like to buy an android phone in the range of 10k ... i wish to buy xolo q800, but some people saying tat xolo will may cause proble after ...like they are teling that it is not having long life like in samsung and nokia ... is it true ... any one clear this doubt

this phone is very beautiful but mp3 songs sound is poor so clearence and options very good sorry to yhis complind friends

Friends, I'm in market for a smart phone around 10K of size between 4" to 4.5" and having ppi more than 200. I came across this phone. I want genuine user feedback before I make my mind. Different forums are full of many -ve comments about the brands like Micromax, Xolo because simply DO NOT care to customers. Please give me your feedback.

Amr, 31 Jul 2013How is the speaker sound quality, is it better thank samsun... morethe speaker in my set behaves strange. it makes certain static noise if a notification or any beep is played maximum volume. even during voice chat it makes such noise when playing back the other person sound in max volume. the disturbance is not heard in medium or below max volume.

its pretty cool.i got it for 9700 from flipkart.its a good phone for that price.U wont be disappointed...GO FOR IT

Dont go with micromax. Xolo q800 is better than micro max hd and micromax canvas music. Im using this phone from 5month. Is has no pblm, no hanging pblm, camera is also better than samsung s duos. So my friends if u wana buy a phone between 10k to 12k, must go for it.

Xolo q800 seems to be having better specs than any other phone in 10,000 Rs range. If we pay the same 10,000 for other brands like samsung or htc, we will get a poor performing device? Agree ?

riz, 20 Jul 2013whenever u change wallpaper ix xolo q800 after cropping the... moredear i am using this phone in i month ago......my ringtone chnaged automatically how is the problem ? and how to over come this problem ? iam transfer my ringtone sd card to phone memory but same problem........XOLO X800 profile management is very complicated :)And no Option For Custom Profile management
