Hi. i am using xolo q800 since over two weeks. Works well. camera is great especially front cam. just faced two issues. one is that it crashed my sd card once and had to format it. lost all data. that happened after i downloaded a cracked game online. maybe it happened due to the app
the other issue is that every time after the notification tone or a beep tone or at end of any music the speaker makes a strange robotic static sound for a couple of seconds which is quite unpleasant. wonder whether its a common issue or is it with just my piece. your response will be helpful friends.
also while 2g net is on there is a strange sound noticed when paste the backside camera portion at your ears. again i wonder is that normal.
Apart from this all is ok. please do respond to my couple of issues above friends as the window of replacement is still open for me by vendor if have a faulty piece. thanks.

xolo boots up in 25 seconds while mm canvas hd in 10 secs!it does not have a quality music player where we can add tracks to playlists of our choice. we cannot rename the playlist. there is one option in now playing to add to the playlist. but we cannot create it.still it is called a smart phone?

people say that xolo has changed the processor. 6589 to 6589M ..how can we check it in our phone?

You need to realise that the time period depends on the issue and is common across other models also. I had a micromax A73 and it took the service center 21 days (in April 2013)to replace a faulty touch screen under warranty. My XOLO A700 phone was picked up by courier(paid and arranged by XOLO service), repaired & delivered back to me by courier in 10 days flat.

Has anybody here tried usin skype or tango for video calls on xolo q 800? ther video calls are very dark even in bright lighting! Thanks in adveance for ir answers!

Guys Iam going to buy a mobile my budget s below 12000 i am totally confused as few suggestions say tht xolo q800 is nice but the service are worst so plz help me with ths? if its better to buy some othr mobile give some suggestions.

apart from the service centers avalablity this is a excellnt phone...blv it or not, its damm fast to use apps, less then 1 sec is tkn to open temple run 2 game. killer looks, clear disply...looks is same like apple i5 ...disply is bst in this prize...i think better then canvas 2 ...only drwbk is sound...if u r a music lover then u will nt happy with the sound...other wise its good....dont think..go for xolo q 800....

hi friends it is about a month now using this phone with ease .Installed many application and games it works fine .Its performance is up to its specifications. The only issue may be its after sales service.I live in Srinagar j&k we have a xolo service center nearby but not sure about how long they take in repairing devices .I hope my phone doesn't go there for at least 1 to 2 years.I have used many phones of the same price range this one is perfect .I gave my phone to my friend for a day,he has good experience of high end smartphones ,he was satisfied with its performance and Price range.
(recommend this phone as per its performance)

hi friends , I have been using xolo q800 phone from the last 60days .there were rumors about the new lot that it has many problems , believe me it is an excellent phone plays HD videos (720p and 1080p) without lag , heating issues is an while charging and playing games.There is not a issue bcoz all smartphones little bit heating problems ,good battery backup , good camera both front n rear .good design n looks .phone doesn't hang even after installing no.of applications n games .overall nice phone in budget .I recommend this phone to all.if any doubt keep in touch my E-mail id:nb_ogirala@yahoo.com
