Flipkart does it again. I ordered a Xolo Win Q900 S Windows phone and they delivered Xolo Q900 S , which is an Android phone. Everything is same in these two phones except the OS and that the Windows version has better display than Android one. Flipkart registered my complaint but no body contacted me since. Don't know what to do now but I just dont want the Android version.

Xolo win q900s is windows version and xolo q900s is android version. The display (ppi) is different. Please check xolo website and this one too:

all users beware xolo win q900s is not launched till now all websites like flipkart, infibeam etc are doing fraud by sending android version of xolo q900s . i tell you it will be launched in first week of august and available on snapdeal or one who have prebooked from snapdeal. so use your money wisely.

I requested to refund as I wanted only a Windows Phone.

infibeam giving xolo q900s android at 9499 on the name of win q900s ,which is available at flipkart on 11999/- so I cancell my infibeam order as don't want tobe trapped and want play safe.

Here is the link where u can get this phone for 9500/- And this is Windows Version.
I doubt, this would be a defective piece. This could be the old set phone which had display and touch issues.

In just 2-3 months they ve started facing problems and it's just impossible to deal with Nokia's Official Customer Care Centres. People who used Lumia 520 switched to Xolo n Micromax and find them more durable and better.

Mohamed, 23 Jul 2014s buddy thats a great news and i have a doubt whether xolo ... moreI have never used a phone from an Indian brand and hence I cannot comment on quality or durability. All I can say is that the design and OS of the phone is one of the best among phones of the same price.
