What to say about the service third class crevice. If you buy you gone waste your precious money. It is better to go for good brand phone rather than Xolo. Once your phone xolo had An issue you will cry

there is no available of spares. eg. the battery for xolo x1000 is not available in the market. past 3 months. the battery mfg on 1.1.13. but no quality. if i want where i have to purchase.

Hey guys, am talking about xolo service experience . If you give your phone for service please ignore it minimum 2 months. And XOLO doesn't have any response after sale . I am victim of XOLO. I never get back phone after 40 days still same response will take another 15 days. This hearing from the first day. If you want to know more about XOLO service experience go below link

Hello friends, those comments I can tell you are absulatily fake, I am using this peace of crystal last 6 months with 0 issues.. One thing when ever u make it out of ur pocket people get attracted.. This one not like regular something every one have...

The day i have bought x1000,, have had issues.. doesn't take network well,
battery over heats,, heats after every call,, restart by its own... i have
written many mails to them.. no response..
Service sucks in India twice went to repair still same issue..
Plz don't buy Xolo phones

i wantto shear my exprience...i purchage xolo q1000s before 14 days,,im not saticfied to this pone ,,,this phone is over heat nd hanging, nd i switch off my cell nd change the sim card nd switch on after onn chage the phone language nd volume key is not working,,, i phase this probum 2 time but volme key is not working in a present time,,,, very bad phone camera qualiy is not good, for compare in samsung...samsung is the best brnad..

Please dont buy XOLO Phones. My battery got bulged because of over heating. And Company is not responsible for the inbuilt battery problem. What else to say. Think 100 times before buying this thing.

Dear Lava & Xolo Smart phone Manufacturing Team
I want to share my experience after buy Xolo X1000 phone, When i bought this phone model i replace the same phone model for 3 times, because at first time the phone release heat during use, second time phone didnt get start, third time the phone hanged and stop working for long time after that again i replace same model in November 2013 and after 4 months (i.e. Today 12/04/2014)phone is not getting charge. I have put phone on charge for 2 to 3 hours but it shows only red light indicator and not get charge. Now tell me why this things are happening? and every time it creates problem while using phone. Apart from this I want to know that your company is really providing Good products or services to there customers as per your commitment? Now i am helpless with your phone because it just like showpiece with me! Please provide satisfactory resolution from your end.

Dear consumers,
Anyone planing to buy phones manufactured by XOLO, BEWARE ! me and my friends who bought XOLO handsets have faced it all, this is the WORST ever manufactured device i have seen in the market. Over and all, instead of rectifying the issues they just revert with excuses and further timelines, that never gets resolved. EXTREMELY PATHETIC customer service and product quality. And if XOLO people are reading this, i plan to initiate a formal Consumer complaint in the Consumer Court for fooling consumers with ill quality of products and irresponsible customer service.
The agony that you have caused cant be explained in words, we feel CHEATED AND have WASTED our money buying XOLO.
PATHETIC, IGNORANT, CARELESS, CHEATERS are the words that describe you correctly.

xolo x1000 may i purchase last year in may but i not satisfy beacuse its bettery is damage and after not available in market and its associated service station

dont buy xolo and lava phones.because they didnt provide
proper service.
my xolo opus dead totally after 1 month and service is vary worst then any other.after 1month still they are saying itwill take time.
so frieds dont buy this brand.

Xolo service center had estimated replacement to be charged rs9000. the new mobile price as on today is rs.13200. is better to go for Samsung phones where initial price is costlier but service is the best and cheaper.
My suggestion to Xolo, please reduce the service charges. Attract the customers.......

Brilliant screen, maximized batary backup, well amount of ram and rom, dashing pic quality in daytime, all the 10 sensors goes well. A definitely good buy. My personal opinion: definitely go for it.
