In addition to calling businesses, Google Assistant will also be able to order food for you soon. This was revealed by the company at its IO conference yesterday where the functionality was even demoed (video link at the bottom).

What's more, Assistant will even remember things you order frequently, making the whole ordering process easier for you.

Google has currently partnered with multiple outlets including Starbucks, Domino's, Dunkin Donuts, Doordash, 7-Eleven, Just Eat, Panera, and Applebee's, with the list set to grow in future.

Excellent for those countries that allows such services. Not in my country for sure. Hence so far, I have not even use Google Assistant once on my Android. Will just disable or opt out of it. Saving battery as well.
