The only thing holding me back from this phone are those poorly spaced, non-backlit capacitive buttons. Anyone who owns an Axon 7: Do you get used to them?

I adore this phone for so many reasons. In fact i asked my brother-in-law to order it for me in Canada via newegg for 530 C$, Tad bit more than in the US. However they charged 68 C$ additional tax. Does the US buyer have to pay tax separately on top of 399 $ listed price? Is there any US buyer of this phone here who can confirm that for me please? My only and biggest complaint of this phone is the non lit, and poorly placed capacitive buttons. Still i will take them to on screen buttons. Currently using HTC One M8s and Note 4. Hate the onscreen button of M8s. Plus the headphone jack started damaging earphones, so far it has claimed 3 headphones. Bought Bluetooth earphone for 80 euros, it can't do the job that DAC can do!

Welat, 14 Aug 2016To expensiv for a Chinese brand. 630 usd for 4gb RAM 64 gb ... moreSo some people don't like this particular phone because they think Chinese = bad? How silly (and borderline racist), because this is ont of the top phones currently available from any manufacturer in any country. What a wonderful combination of packaging and performance. Throw in a great warranty and an unbeatable price and this is a real winner. ZTE has been made good phones for a while, and they have continued to improve, culminating in this. I don't care if a phone is Korean, Japanese, American, Chinese, Finnish, or German, I want it to be awesome AND an awesome value. This phone is just that.

AnonD-513452, 31 Jul 2016Hello world, This is the world's biggest copy(design) that ... moreThe looks are the definitely there, but, specs wise, they did had already had a Hi-Fi DAC on board of the previous models, so there at least, they already had that in mind, Dolby is a technology, so again maybe having that technology might have seemed just right, besides that I personally see a lot of HTC in the phone as well, personally I've failed to find who designed those phones, but I know that the Axon has been designed by BMW owned "DesignWorks", so maybe they are the one who are the ones who should be charged with your "thieving accusations", or maybe they might have designed those phones as well, and got a bit lazy

AnonD-568050, 05 Aug 2016Well this site says 256 and ZTE says 128? So someone is wrong.the number that they put might be wrong, as in different labels, that's all, because the actual size supported, doesn't really matter, what matters is the support of the storage type, in this case the support of XC, which goes from 64 gb to 2 tb(there is no actual card of that size yet, but the support is there), pretty much any phone from the last 2 years has that support, they just don't label it as such
