I have been using Axon 7 now for almost a year, got mine from NewEgg.com with free HeadPhone (Really good ones). Since I pre-booked in early day had to go for Golden... though would have preferred Grey one.
So long this has been the best Smartphone I ever had no complains at all, every penny worth.
Below I am putting Key Highlights :
a) Excellent Quad HD Screen.
b) Extremely good looking, lightweight and sturdy body phones with Small Bezels (Compact); I had some rare slips, though its solid enough to withstand drops from 2-4 Feet without any Scars easily.
c) Excellent Battery Backup mine easily go over 1 day.
Tip :-
Use Battery Cooling & set policies for App to prevent from running in Background unnecessary. To me it don't make any sense to allow Apps other than WhatsApp,FB,mails and any fitness App to run in background. If I need them I will open them. So set policy to NOT ALLOW them to automatically run.
d) Great Camera, no doubt most Smartphone today have really good cameras especially in good Daylight. This one is Good even in Low Light.
Tip) Especially in dark give few sec to focus then Click, don't hurry. Extra care for steady Hands during dark times.
Yes Camera App can be improved, few modes like Trail...night Exposure don't work for me.
HDR and Live Photos are best for me.
e) Allows you to choose from Stock Android or ZTE MiFavor. Cool feature added inbuilt to UI like Pedometer on Lock Screen, U can search for in Apps & SMS, Gesture control like Flip to mute Calls, Shake to open Torch etc .... &inbuilt contact Blacklisting without 3rd party app, Time based profile (like I have set Not to be disturbed at night unless known numbers).
f) Fast Charging is probably the best feature jumps battery from say 7-8 percent to around 30% in just 10 mins. Overall Battery backup very good even after a year, just need some management as told above.
g) Performance butter smooth, Actually not a question or thing to highlight even u have such high Hardware specs i.e. SD 820 ......its obvious.
h) Regular updates, first few phones to get Day dream in Thousands of phones in market.
h) Only slight drawback common with Metal uni-body phones is occasional heating. especially if you active on phone while charging.
i) Got a good screen protector and Silcone cover with phone, after 10 month i decided to replace screen protector but unfortunately didn't get a good one like original on Amazon, quite shorter on sides especially.
Going good hope to continue with same phone for at least another one year, thanks to metal uni-body no color fading or scratched .... good as new.

Since mid of February I'm using this phone until now my sim card spoiled for twice...
No option for blocking incoming calls.. I want shared files can't using other apps but using it's own apps can't download the app for other phone... So disappointed...

ZTE AXON 7 the best quality/price ratio on the smartphone market by far. The best smartphone I have ever had! Very happy with it.

European plug Qualcomm QC charger can be as low as $5 dollar.
And no need worry on the charging speed, OEM Qualcomm QC charger charge as fast as the original, and works on original cable (any normal type-c cable).

Bought it from Amazon USA unlocked and chose European charger because I use it in Brazil. Unfortunately I received the US charger so I´ll have to carry an adapter everywhere which is ludicrous. Where can I find the original European charger? I´ve had the phone for 2 days and the first impressions are excellent. It was promptly updated to Nougat 7.0 and 7.1 whithout any problems.

I wanted to try this phone but the more comments i read, im not so sure if i would spend my hard earned bucks on it now. If the global versions have same errros as the us version would be good to know. Im more into audio than taking pictures .

I'm interested in this phone because this phone has a lot of futures and it's better than iPhone 6 Plus. I mean iPhone 6 Plus cannot complete with this phone love this phone and I'll do anything to get one.

I purchased the AXON 7 in May, but I have not been picking up any signals. My sim works in another phone and I've tried other sim cards, but still no signal.
After going to the test settings by using *#*#4636#*#*, I'm seeing that the network type is listed as td-scdma/cdma/umts. But whenever I try changing it to GSM or WCDMA or something else, it says that there's an error and defaults back to td-scdma/cdma/umts. Does anyone know of a fix for this. I am in urgent need of some help.

I bought one for my daughter as a gift and was impressed with all the resources I found on Axon 7. Now I am buying one for my personal use and I am pretty sure that this is the best device in its category and price! Just love it!
