I want to know why AT&T feels the ZTE Prime 10 is NOT capable with their upgrade in February 2022, yet the Blade Spark is compatible. This makes no sense to me at all.

It's a solid phone for the price, but it is not upgradeable to Android 10. Not sorry I bought it.
