My ZTE blade l2 was a problem he was not turning on please help me please help me

I bought the Blade L2 in April 2015 and purposely avoid reviews until I have used it comprehensively.
I was impressed by the specification for the price as this was before Chinese manufactures distributed their handsets in Europe (some of which are impressive by the way).
So - the ZTE.....urgh.
- It feels cheap which is to be expected
- The touchscreen is terrible. There is an option to reconfigure but it doesn't help at all. Writing a text is frustrating which wrong letters selected apparantely at random.
- The 4GB memory should be enough for me but for some bizarre reason, the ZTE has somehow lost 2GB and I'm left with just under 2GB internal storage which is barely enough to run Android. To clarify, I haven't used the memory...it's just disappeared. This means that I can't even update Chrome because of space limitations.
- Buttons are fine and the camera is what you'd expect for a handset of this price.
- Speaker is also ok. No complaints
- Removing the back cover is a delicate operation and it can easily crack if you're heavy handed with it.
- Battery life will drain within a day even with occasional texting and the odd social media usage. Any more than that will reduce the battery even more.
Hope this helps. As a backup handset that's used just for calls, it should be ok although I would not recommend it for anything beyond that.

Anonymous, 09 Aug 2015This sucks though only the front camera option is working e... moreI'm not enjoying buying it gives me lots and lots of problems it won't go to normal mode for taking pictures and I bought more memory but still I can't download apps the sound is to low I won't recomend it to someone I feel like dropping it on the floor every time I use it, it really frustrate me this phone is not good my money went down the drain.

wellz, 26 Feb 2016i'm experiencing the same problem...and im a South-africanI started to have the same problem, I simply restarted it to factory reset and now it works just fine. Hope that helps

If you have problems with your phone press and holdthe long button on the left and press and hold the button on the right as well. The phone will burst into chinesChinese characters on the screen and run through its programs sorting out the bugs you have on your handset.

have use this phone for two years its running fine;only if I don't mind its fake speaker. the rest is good am in Uganda.

I cannot find ringtone, so it has the same ring as alerts. The alerts signal goes off repeatedly without anything to notify. Frustrating.

My phone got wet today from a down pour of rain some things had stopped working i.e. volume buttons, power button & camera but i put the phone into some rice for a couple of hours and they are fine however i think the memory card slot has broke because its saying that my card is damaged but i put it into another phone and it works so i thought i'd try the couple of spare memory cards i have and my phone is saying they're damaged too. What can i do??

i bought the phone in july 2015 . in december the thing started to freeze like no ones business. then in january 2016 it switched off and never went back on again . because it was still within 12 month warranty the shop gave me a new phone , same model but brand new on 9 march 2016 .
its the 11 march and the stupid nonsense speaker doesnt work . it has started with its tricks ... i give up .. this phone should be taken off the market ... bullshit maan ...

well i am a jamaican... i bought my zte blade l2 phone at a digicel store... the phone was working quite fine.. i don't know what had happened to it... it started to malfunction.... i turned it off n then it is not turning on back... i don't know why...
