I have also very bad experience with the GPS, it takes 5 minutes to get a position, I have used in the car for navigation, and when I was moving, then it was working correctly, but when I stopped at a red light, the position has started to drift, and soon the phone sought it is in a different street :-(
I have R10 sw, and just did a phone reset, just to try to see if it helps, but it doesn't. I tried to restart in safe mode, but the symptom is the same.

It falls out of synch all the time. I have now been in Spain for four days. I have tried to use it twenty times but it doens't respond to anything. On the Europe Balcony in Nerja almost 40 miles from Malaga it actually thinks it is in Malaga... Oddly it seems that it follows all the turns when I'm driving - meening it knows which direction I'm driving, but it is not moving the position... Very strange. This is the first Android phone I've used that has this major tracking problem! Bad bad bad... ZTE please fix this issue. Thanks!!

Because update app doesn't work from phone, you need to manual update yourself.
I don't use much this phone, just went outside to verify, i got a "3D fix" in GPS test app within 20 or 30seconds on 7 satellites

I would like to ask if someone has an GPS problems also? I am having terrible experience with ZTE Blade's S6 GPS. However sometimes it locks but I have to wait quite a time, other time it just don't lock. I hope this is software related issue and gets fixed soon!
If this is a general hardware failure, I just want to get the RMA for the phone and want an functional one, because I do use a GPS quite often!

A new firmware is available, B11. I don't know the changes and i didn't notice anything new, probably "under the hood" changes.

Just found something defective. Navigation keep saying cant find location. But already turn on the gps. Is it the phone or something else.
anyone have an opinion or know how to fix this. I always travel far. N i really need the gps to work.

I am very satisfied with the phone. I had heating problem, but after updating to B10 it looks like issue solved. Firmware updation is pretty simple. (http://www.ztedevice.com/support/smart_phone/10eac5ab-7cc1-4db6-96ae-6ae2536e320e.html )Camera is exceptionally good. Overall performance also good.
Only thing annoying is, u cannot delete recent apps by single click!!

The upper slot takes two nanoSims, side by side.

I noticed yesterday a new firmware was available :
1.0.0.B10 with still Android 5.0.2.
After installing it, the UI seems a bit speedier.
-There's a new display setting to change the type of screen color between natural/normal (for saturation).
-Timelapse recordings now are enabled in 1080p (it was 720p before).
Just like my last post, it wipes your phone out.
Very satisfied with ZTE support even if you have to do it manually, they seem to be pretty active on it currently, hopefully we will see Android 5.1 for the next one.
