I have seen 3Gb ram on one. Idk the name but there is one from 2024 . Could be a HMD .

And that's.... crazy.

I mean I have 1.5Gb ram on my old phone from 2015 but that's Os is Lollipop .

These phones with android 13 / 14
With 4gb will lag so bad , it's only for calling purposes

Better buying a strong warranty feature phone.
