make sure you have credit on your phone and that you can access internet through your phone and you will be okay

When I choose any one of the channel list, for example BLITZ, it asks me 'Retrieve subscription?'. When I press 'OK', it tries to access the channel and later says, 'Retrieve purchase record failed [140]' and when I press 'OK', it goes back to the TV Guide. The settings are all ok. Someone, kindly help...

This and all cellphones from ZTE are absolutely garbage. Chinese people sell it on the streets by the lump. Quality of camera is under zero, and there is no any extra function on this phones. Real doom!!!!!

ZTE f912 I purchased the phone at Safaricom Shop Nyali Mombasa Kenya. It went blank I suspected the battery. I went to Safaricom they suspect the same and said they can not help as they do not deal in accessories. I roamed all the streets of Mombasa I could'nt get the battery. Some told me to go to China.
