i foolishly was going to trade this phone in on an S6. what a piece of crap the S6 is......always dying. this phone stays charged and runs fast. 3200ma battery is the big plus. the cam is 13 mp. no down side. super inexpensive.

Haven't had this phone for 3 months and when I go to use my camera it says camera has be disable due to security polices. And will not take a picture at all. How to do I fix this problem ?

Cricket now has a hotspot feature for this a a number of their other phones, it is a additional $10 a month.

If it works on Cricket, T Mobile and AT&T it works on Metro . especially T Mobile seeing as Metro uses T Mobile service !

I have owned this phone for approx 4 weeks coming from a Galaxy s4.
I was a little skeptical because it was $169 from cricket.
It has truly been a spectacular piece of engineering. The screen is bright, processor is matched extremely well to the hardware and the camera is spectacular once you learn how to use it correctly. Reception is much better than my Samsung. Volume is fine for me and the built in dolby makes my cheap headphones sound spectacular!!!
It is not the fastest or the greatest on the spec sheet, but somehow it all comes together to offer a no nonsense capable device. It is an absolute steal at the price I paid . Given the choice between the S4 and the ZTE I would take the ZTE hands down.

This is a great budget phone. For its $200 price mark you get a no frills phablet whose screen rivals lamesung's note line. But alas there are caveats. The speaker is not very loud, for some reason Bluetooth range seems to be minimal (roughly 15 feet tested with 3 phones and 3 sets of Bluetooth earpieces), and of course since it is from Cricket don't expect any updates. Oh and tethering is blocked.
Airdroid (free) is what I use to get around the tethering issue.

Had this for two weeks now --- For a $200 phone this is a good deal. Weak spots LED is DIM -- Speaker volume is WEAK -- No coating on screen glass to keep fingerprints to a min. --- Strong things -- Processor and RAM work well together to get the job done. -- The screen is good -- The battery is great and charging is quick --- Thanks ZTE

missbaby, 09 Feb 2015No hotspot feature1st you make a name and password with a hotspot app like FOXFI, then you use 1-click tether hotspot pro because the app to make it for example FOXFI, will CRASH ... but 1-click doesnt crash

Pros-
PRICE; $$$$$ its worth the price ... if you cant spare 200 for this ... go ask your mom and dad lol
Great FN cameras front and back. Front lets you do GROUP-IES
Big A-- screen
GRRRREATTTT BATTERY LIFE! I MEAN FN AWSOME!
I unlocked mine, It works with ATT and TMOBILES LTE NO SIGNAL FOR METRO PCS THOUGH :(
USE PERCENT ENABLER, if you want to enable the percent value on your battery icon
Cons-
-BAD DPI, their icons are to big for the 720 display... use a better launcer and better icons; im using nova launcher and GEL for icons
-SHI--Y SPEAKERS LOL, if i can mod it ill put better speakers in there. DO NOT TRY TO BOOST YOUR SPEAKERS WITH APPS ... YOU WILL GET STATIC

Hot Spot is disabled but this app, 1-click tether hotspot PRO ... WORKS FLAWLESSLY ... I use it, but you will need another app to set up the hotspot name ... I think I used FOX-FI to setup my hotspot name ... but it crashes when you allow it to hotspot ... but 1-click doesnt ... it works GREAT IN MY EXPERIENCE. Your welcome ;)
