My ZTE grand max 2 won't play videos on the facebook, and instagram app. It doesn't play videos from fb on the web browser. I just got this phone for Christmas and love it. I'd hate to have to switch and get another phone. But how do I fix this issue with the phone?

Simply go to your apps, Facebook, and clear cache. Works like a charm. My only complaint is that even with full signal this phone downloads slower than my last one, much slower. That and if I'm playing music over Bluetooth and get a call, the music resumes during the call.

This phone has a great screen, and is very smooth. It does have some problems.If you want to listen to music or videos on Bluetooth it is very annoying because of the back round hiss.I've tried using different headphones but they all have the hiss. My cheap 50 dollar phone has no hiss when using it. The other thing is that you can't download to the SD card. I'm going to try to make the SD card internal storage and see if that works. Other than those couple things it's a great phone.

This phone is horrible. It freezes on a regular basis. It rarely plays videos on social media, whether I'm connected to Wi-Fi or not. It has terrible processor speed. The camera is always blurry. Just a piece of garbage, that I wasted 200 bucks on.

I just got mine yesterday and I'm having the same problem. Literally this phone is perfect except for this video problem😭it's a shame I'll have to take it back

I have the same problem with YouTube videos and Facebook videos freezing and not playing. And my head phone jack hardly works I have to restart my phone multiple times just to get it to work. I'm started to hate this phone alot.

This phone has some problem with playing videos, just had an update, that didn't fix anything. And one of the bottom speakers doesn't work. Horrible phone. I've taken great care of it, had it for a month, never dropped it, have it in a case and glass screen protector. What a waste of money because I'm just going to return it.

My phone does the same i thought it was just me. Does anyone know if both of the speakers (at the bottom) are supposed to work or is one the speaker and the other for when you talk?

I have the same problem the videos just skip to the end I called zte and they wanted me to send my phone in does anyone know of how to fix the problem without me having to send it back to the factory?
