I have had my phone for 2 months and I absolutly do not have any problems whatsoever. I do believe it is a "smart" phone for people in my age group (60 -70).

DO NOT BUY! This phone is terrible. I was having problems with the tv and the battery and I decided to carry it back to the dealer. When I got there three people were already there having different problems with theirs. I then call a friend who had got their zte 2 weeks before and they told me that the touch screen had already stopped working.So instead of trying to fix it I got my money back and got another phone(Which I recommend that anyone who has bought this phone does)

i know how to watch videos now just convert the file in 3gp n set the resolution to 320x240

This is a rip off, that is why it is so cheap they knew the phone not good and they still sell it to us. We need the authority to intervene. Fix the phone or money back!
