    Please review this phone

I have one opinion for ZTE's NUBIA lineup. Can they not put the red accents in a smartphone cos it looks like MSI's previous few lineup of motherboards like Z170A and before? Because its just like JayzTwoCents complaining about that "godly" red accents on the MSI GAMING X GTX1080Ti lmao

AnonD-505102, 15 Jun 20178GB ram is a total overkill...Yes it is kind of overkill for smartphones because there are only a few smartphones with 8GB RAM currently. But, I suggest they should also focus on the camera more by improving noise in each photo and better in low light rather than focusing putting a high end chipset and putting 8GB of RAM in a phone

Is that phoe is water proof? When its come online marketing in india?

Trump fan 1980, 18 Jun 2017Since I am on a roll, and I want to pose this question to t... more8 Gb ram is kinda pointless on a phone.I know more is better but 4-6 gb ram seems appropriate. It's better for a company to focus on camera, connections and quick charge rather than more ram and high specs on paper only.

James, 14 Jun 2017True, but then why bother with 8GB of Ram? Specs do not mak... moreThis is one of the marketing strategies China branded phones use, high specs at affordable price. By the way, if QHD doesn't make 8GB RAM sweat, I believe at FHD the phone shall fly . Shouldn't that be a good news? Furthermore, if the phone doesn't standout from its specs, why bother buying it?

Since I am on a roll, and I want to pose this question to the "group": to prospective buyers of the ZTE Nubia Z17: will you be getting this model with 6 GB of ram or 8?

I guess I'm on a role. I have been writing about this unit a bit as of late.
EDITOR CORRECTION: previously, I asked whether or not Sony would stop shipping models minus color issues, however I should have typed "models without color inaccuracies".

The more I think and comment about this unit the more tempted I am to get one. Regardless, I'm even more interested in waiting until next years crop of Oreo 8.0 units rear their heads. Will Sony finally stop shipping models color inaccuracies? Will HTC add a 3.5 mm jack for it's top model next year? Will Samsung greater compete with Qualcomm and other companies in terms of models shipped with their own chipsets? Will Dolby Atmos on handsets become standardized? Will so called midrange model's grain greater market share? Will Qualcomm develop a Snapdragon 846 chipset?

Ravi verma, 15 Jun 2017Nubiya z17 red fhon is the best I also think the red metallic color is the best option for this unit.

AnonD-505102, 15 Jun 20178GB ram is a total overkill...Ram wise, companies are going to keep adding higher ram options, likely, indefinitely. ZTE doesn't sell as many phones as Apple and Samsung, so I'm hardly surprised that they now offer a model that has more ram then those two, let alone any other manufacturer. Can you say bragging rights?

I recently read about this model on the official Qualcomm website. In essence, they were vocal about this unit being their first offering to feature quick charge 4.0 plus.

Anonymous, 13 Jun 2017No quad hd ? Then no to this phone. I predict that eventually, all units sold globally will have 4K oled displays (or better) with high refresh rates.

I'm glad I came to the opinion section for this unit. Often times, people boast about why their favorite brands are king, and, dismiss other brands, hardly making the case for either for either brand. Today however, you guys are asking questions about this Nubia model, and debating it's finer points. Cheers guys.
