This phone is rumored to be released at 550 usd in my country in the end of January. If it's true then I'll buy it!

      OS updates arent that much important.
      Usually new OS have some pros but a lot of cons too.
      For example you cant run old apps on new OS like google said old apps will not be supported. Many else alternatives to this can be used.

        I don't understand the low screen resolution on this phone?? Everything is ok, more or less, but the screen resolution is a deal breaker for me 🙁

                          then try running apps that keep crashing / memory leak, and see if it can run smoothly in the phone

                          hardware cant do anything for the apps/software that is crashing itself
                          or those software that hogging processing resources, heat up, draining battery
                          same to memory-leak, it will take all memory down until everything lagging out
                          why do you think latest best hardware will automatically fix those problem ?

                          thats why software update matters, alot in some cases
                          software that have good optimization will run efficient and smooth even without latest hi-end hardware

                            Its great its got an ultrawide, BUT will it produce Ultrawide panoramas? With its OIS that could really produce very nice results, especially if you can use the 50MP mode, because they then would be BIG!
                            If you can accept 12+MP photographs as big enough, with the 18mm panorama option WORKING in addition, this would then become THE phone to buy. I would buy one IF it does ultrawide panoramas....NONE of the recent phones since quad-bayer appear to be able to at all, but I could be wrong.

It's not possible no matter what. Plus, this Z60 Ultra ain't even the best camera phone out there. Actually, there are many more better phones with better hardware, like OnePlus 12, vivo X100 Pro, Oppo Find X6, etc. Also, ZTE'S image processing isn't very advanced

                                  from reviews & comparisons i read & watched , rear Cameras are better than competitors such as iqoo or oneplus or realme except Maybe vivo x100pro which is 25% more pricey but in battery life , nubia z60u with it's "silicon negative carbon" 6000mah battery outperforms others except it's sibling redmagic pro 6500mah. display is good with enough features and 600-1500 nits brightness. hopefully optimization or upsampling for faces output via AI in selfie will improve in coming updates as it will get at least 2 android versions update a well. speaker clarity should also get improvement .
                                  all being said, hopefully nubia will release a 6500mah 160W phone in 2024 with triple 1 inch sensors , all OIS & 4k 120fps capable with much better selfie sensor on z60s pro plus 4K EIS and also like redmagic series, bring back 3.5 jack please that would floor the competition

                                    love the unique design and specs except for the front facing cam.
