                However you can flash any rom acc. to your taste, if you couldn't get any rom as per your taste your can revert back to stock without any problem

                    you can also search on google for more detail how to root nubia z9 mini, installing TWRP and flashing Mokee rom and last thing it is very easy to flash stock to custom rom and vice versa on nubia z9 mini without and problem

                          Another option is to buy Jio myfi for 2000 and Jio voice app...
                          I am seamlessly able to make calls and use data..

But the rom is without google apps and last thing if v4.03 rom couldn't work as per you expectations you can revert it to indian version because nubia is not like other branded phone which can not be downgraded if upgraded. You can do any thing with your nubia and last thing my nubia had come with indian rom with google apps witho root and my hardware/ PCB ver.
                                  Is NX511JMB_C and also i haven't faced any data and band problem after flashing v4.03 rom

                                    Dear all user of nubia z9 mini, my big request is to change your OS from nubia OS to mokee os. then your phone will be best android phone in the world. so smooth working and so easy to use. believe me it is best customer rom even better then stock rom.
