First Root the phone.
Install TWRP custom recovery.
Take backup of ROM using TWRP recovery.
Install Custom ROM which is downloaded.
No need to do extra procedure to enable data, just flash the ROM, Vo-LTE and data is enabled default in Nubia V4.03,Android 5.1.1 Custom ROM.
Take a backup of stock ROM before flashing custom ROM so that if any thing happen wrong u can revert back to original Nubia ROM

Installed Navin Custom modded Nubia ROM from XDA on Indian Version. (V4.03, Android 5.1.1) ...VoLTE is supported by default. Jio sim is working fine with new update.
Both sim, Internet is working fine, nothing to do for this just flash the ROM that's all.
Be patient, initial booting up after flashing the ROM may take up to 15 minutes.
There is option to deactivate one sim card when not in use.

HI Friend,
I'm facing an issue with my Nubia Z9 mini (software version 1.0.3). I use Sim 1 as my calling sim & Sim 2 for internet. While in roaming, outgoing calls from sim 1 transferred to sim 2 automatically (incoming continue as it is). To make outgoing calls either I need to switch off the phone or activate flight mode & then deactivate. Please help me.

V1.06 if official update from Nubia India. For more details check their facebook page there u will get the link to download. Few more options in notifications other than that nothing found still on Android 5.0.2 only. Let me know from where to download V4.01 is it stable on Indian Nubia . also data is working or not ? Please help

Never Purchase ZTE products, They dont have any support at India, Service Centers are not genuine. Better go for samsung, xiaomi, lenovo, motorola and huawei.
