Dazz, 10 Feb 2012Well i just got myself this phone and honestly speaking its... moreIt's a crap phone. I mean yeah sure it's good at first, Ive had mine for a year? & I have big problems with mine. The hole where the charger goes is broken so I have to be careful with that, it constantly turns its self off& whenever I'm on facebook it comes straight out off the app. Hope to get a blackberry soon. Never having a zte again!!!!

Just got the phone. I stay in Nigeria. Tried inserting my Mtn or Glo sim card and it's not able to access it! Does it really work in Nigeria or do I ve to unlock the phone first??? Pls I Wud need a reply! Tnks for any I could get!

Well i just got myself this phone and honestly speaking its a really cool phone with awesome features and pre-installed apps...and sure its true the battery life isnt long but the price factor for an android phone of this callibar is pretty reasonable...the camera isnt recommended for nights, but than again it doesn't have a flash-camera...so its kinda expected...internet usage and downloads are reasonably fast...
overall i think its an awesome phone...

Please dont buy this phone, camera, batery duration... sucks. Its the worst phone i ever used

Where I live, you just need to activate am internet tarif on your number...
And check if data traffic is allowed in the deffinitions...

naauuu, 22 Jan 2012My zte racer screen freezed right after my warranty period ... moreI'm 5 and a half months 'til the "deadline"... But I don't think the "freezing" has anything to do with an expired warranty...

My zte racer screen freezed right after my warranty period expires. Can you please explain why this happened. I can only receive a call now and rest are freezed.......not worth it..I am not happy with this phone.

The phone is decent and affordable, but don't spend time repairing it - use it to your hearts content and let it wear out. Then buy another, affordable Android phone. By the way i know where you can get the 2.2 update in english.

Has anyone any advice about replacing the touch screen? I can buy a new screen but am a bit worried about reattaching the internal tape and generally fitting it? I have alittle bit of water damage to the touch screen only( not rest of phone. I have left it to dry in a warm place in a box of rice for a few days. This didn't work. Think I will have to replace the screen. This is a great phone I have it on 3 so free skype calls & Chat to everyone on 3 in the Uk and free skype to everyone with skype abroad. All the social networking, email and browsing. So disappointed about screen!Any advice appreciated.

i have the zte racer 2.1,how i can update it to 2.2 because now it doesn't support the adobe flash player....thanks for any help.

To unlock a ZTE Racer, install a custom rom onto it.

Anonymous, 28 Jun 2011Recently bought one of these. I like it, mostly. Could us... moreNeed to change brightness. I assume you sorted it out by now. After booting up phone, you will come to screen, with dialer and contacts icons. Then touch dot in bottom right corner. Now you should see icons on top of screen such as wifi bluetooth, gps. The last one pic of sun is the brightness. Click couple of times to change level. I had same problem in cloudy weather. But sorted it.

^ go to filter and to you'r file that you want to send and simply clik on it longer white menu appears and tneh you will have option bluthut and clik that and you'r phone will send pics,music...etc. hope i helped :D
