I use this phone about 5 months, I am very pleased with speed and functions. But two potential problems may refuse customers:
First, the battery if the phone is used for gaming or a stronger load will not take longer than 3-4 hours.
Secondly, the camera is solid for day use, but at night use is totally useless.

Google android is almost perfect and with this device i think that they are nearly there thats all i can say

some people are talkin' about problems in camera. when u take a pic, appears a green line on it. i dont know, but i realy want this phone. but now i got some doubts :S

can't believe this processor is newer processor of the htc wildfire Qualcomm MSM7227 chipset compared to Qualcomm MSM7225 chipset of wildfire.

if you download the apn on/of widget of the android market your battery will drasticly improove
it does now 2 days without charcing

just brought one of these.. and forgot my unlock pattern.. anyone know how to fix this? looked online for a few hours and found no real solution

personally i think that this phone is better than htc/sony/apple/lg/ motorolla/nokia. at first i couldnt get some apps but then i went to 4shared.com and wrote the apps i wanted followed by apk via my Racer and downloaded and i got them ! :)

for a cheap phone it is very good. Interface very fast, good memory, resistive screen is very good. Downside is nowhere to fit strap, poor camera. Accessories, spare battery, etc. very hard to find

I own one of this and never had any problems (apart from the occasional freeze which happens in EVERY phone). Also, everyone of the units I've sold (yes, I work in a mobile phone store) never had any problems, apart from one that came with factory problem (didn't give any sound)... Apart from that, I wouldn't say this phone is more problematic than phones from other brands, including Nokia, Samsung, and so on... This oppinion based on personal experience and customer comments...
Again, I agree, the Optimus is a better phone...
