Iv had my zmax for about 7 months and I love every thing about it except recently when I go to charge it the charger keeps going on and off so I need to wrap the charger a certain way to keep it charging. I think it broke because the charger port is on the bottom of the phone and I'm on instagram alot so when I'm laying down with it charging the wire is bent up against my stomach for hours. They should of put the charger on the side or on top of the phone so this problem doesn't happen. Other then that I love the zmax.

SUCKS. The heat sensor that shuts off the screen when its next to your face malfunctions. Screen stays black even when trying to hang up a phone call. Do not waste your money on this pile of crap. My wife bought a 19 dollar phone at the same time and has had ZERO problems. Go figure.

Biggest pile of junk.....less than 24 hrs of being out the box and the "BACK" button stopped working requiring a reboot merry bloody Xmas.....

Intermittent problem with charging the ZTE Z max. Chargers changed and still the problem of charging going on and off. I just bought this phone and otherwise I like it but I'm afraid I'm going to have to return it to T Mobile within the 14 days. I took it back today and they told me there is nothing wrong with it and gave me a new charger. Charging connection on and off again and again.

Bought at Walmart 8 months ago. WORSE PHONE EVER. Sadly no funds to replace it. Screen locks / freezes frequently requiring restart -- which takes forever. Randomly shuts itself off. Randomly shuts off music player. Camera is useless and produces crappy blurry pictures. Never ever waste your money on this junk.

Feb 14 I got the phone Feb wasn't even over before this stupid phone started at act up..charging port don't even charge. Had to buy a different charger remove my battery.. now I have to pay a shipping fee for another one.. BS

I've had the phone for about a year and the charging port is bad and it will not stop freezing and rebooting. So disappointed

had this ZTEScore for approx. 13 months. had a little difficulty with the charger port after 10 months and slowly it got worse and now the male part is loose and doesn't connect well enough to charge.

I've had many phones and my past and i must say, this one is by far one of the worse. I got the first phone in February and i month later, something happened to the charging port and the phone just completely died. I just recently got a new one not even a whole two weeks ago and I am having the same exact problem. I've tried master resetting it, taking out the battery, cleaning out the port and absolutely NOTHING works! It just simply will not charge

For the fourth time I have to get my phone completely reset due to it getting stuck on the loading screen that shows when you power it up. From what I understand I am not the only one with this problem. Also, when it was working correctly it would randomly shut off through out the day.

IT SUCKs! Im stuck to the electric outlet cause off the batterie. I was better off with my old 30dollar phone! But i will get another smartfone from cricket again

the best thing about the phone other than the wonderful price is its music hub... really very music oriented and helps me cleanly catalogue all my music collection
