I have the ZTE Skate 4.3 and I can say its cool..I love it.. If anyone wanna buy ZTE Skate 4.3 I can only say it's worth all the money :)

andy, 01 Oct 2012Hí,recently bought montecarlo/ZTE Skate/, it looks g... moreTo move some apps to your memory doesn't mean that you are moving the apps. It's only moving some memory to give more space to your internal memory.
Go to setting>applications.
Select the apps that you want to move memory to SD card then touch on "MOVE TO SDcard".
Again, a part of the apps memory will be moved to SD card.

Hi, i'm from Philippines and I had my ZTE Skate lately. It was released here last year for 13,990 PHP or £210.124 and is on sale now for ony 5,990 php or £89.9673, A big drop of price so I get one.
When I was reading the specs here and your comments,I noticed that you are dissapointed with the phones memory which I feel the same way. But the one released here has a higher memory.
ZTE Skate specs:
4.3″ display @ 480x800 pixels
Qualcomm SnapDragon S2
1.5GHz processor
1GB Internal memory, up to 32GB via microSD (4GB pre-installed)
WiFi 802.11 b/g/n HSDPA, HSUPA
Bluetooth 2.1 GPS w/ aGPS support
5MP autofocus camera with dual-LED flash
Li-Ion battery 1400mAh
Android 2.3 Gingerbread and can be upgraded to ICS 4.0.
The one they'll be giving out is an OS 2.3 but you can request to upgrade it to ISC 4.0 for free with free apps (PAID APPS) so when you get your ZTE Skate from the store, you'll get an ICS OS. Not bad right?

All ZTE SKATE had problems that half of it the screen allow the entry of dust and the other half has a problem when call Alsenssor not work well this problem in egypt

I had to root it, make a EXT partition in the SD card and install Link2SD or App2SD (I can´t remember which one). Then you can copy the whole app to the SD and save some internal memory.

Can you help me please, how to move apps from handset memory to SD? Very few of them I could move it to SD.
It's impossible most of them to move from.

I am a gadget enthusiast and this is the best unbranded phone ever.. first it's cheap P5999 pesos in the Philippines. very big screen, 5mp camera with flash, decent quality photos I must say, 16M colors 216ppi density, very crisp colors.. the battery life is quite normal for android phones.. it last 5-6 of continues use and it's cpu is 1ghz quallcom not 800mhz. ive tried some hd games and it works without lag.. so its definitely a must buy.. "fxck shamesung" lol zte skate rocks!!
