1. U can see the emergancy call on the screen .
2.Tap on that .
3.and enter the coad *983*987# .ok u can unlock the phone ok .

it is not compaitable for me.i have zte v9. in india is name realince 3g tab. it a cheat. at i know that this phone is zte company that i am not bought this phone..
