please help i dont know how to get the battery cover off my phone . i bought it 2 days ago now it stop working ,, i think i need to take battery out an put it back in plz help!!!!!! i need my phone im a nurse

james, 18 Dec 2012I purchased the phone less then thirty days ago and it has ... moreI was told the same thing about my ZTE WARP. I was thinking that I was getting the best phone in the store. I've traded my phone in due to the busted speaker problem then ended up with a new phone with the same problem. How am I going to be able to use a phone when I'm told to mail my phone to Texas. My phone drop calls, don't receive calls at times or text. Then when you remove your headphones the music comes on automatically. They need to give people the upgrade who has had a problem with the phone. This will be the third time I've traded this phone. They need to do something better with the store policy, let them mail your phone in and give you a longer.

default c... morePress the emergency call at the bottom of the screen. Input *983*987#，the phone will go to the factory reset interface, and then press "Erase everything" (Don't check Erase SD ard). Finally, the phone will reboot by itself and there is no unlock and password any more after the phone is on.

I guess this Chinese company is laughing all the way to the bank by ripping U.S. consumers off with sub par phones which aren't worth the box they come in! I have NEVER had such a miserable experience with a phone as I am having with this paperweight. ...absolutely have no Pros to comment on about this phone period. This phone and Company are Complete Junk!

I love my phone and I would highly recommend it to friends or family. Music feature seemed like a cool idea...For the price you pay its not bad but I dont have any complaints it holds the charge for over a day,thats a good prons in android phones. It's super crisp, clear, and loud as heck, so you can rock out with your favorite songs!overall its a pretty nice phone.

I have been using this device since 6 months and this device is really great. The music is great and everything else... 100% recommendation! Sound quality on this phone is the best I've heard on any mobile device! No problem to use it in new york I have all in my new phone. The reader has a "night reading" feature which changes the screen to black and the letters to white and you can enlarge the font. The price is amazing i would recommend this device.

I purchased the phone less then thirty days ago and it has been drop calls, gets hot, static during calls, speaker not working. I was told to contact the manufacturer for warranty replacement. When I called i was told I had to pay for and ship my phone to Texas and wait for a repaired phone to return. ZTE. does not stand behind there products!!!!! DO NOT BUY!!!!

Got this phone I am happpy with it. I was impressed with the size of both the internal memory I love how fast everything loads and runs. The screen is large, clear, and responds quickly to touch. Would totally recommend this phone!

In the market there is a free version and a paid version. free version sucks. You want pro and its free on the developers site.

My first impression was this phone is quite large and clear. It's super fast and not filled with bloatware like most other Android phones....it's quite empty. With a 2G internal storage along with the included external storage you've got more than enough room. I've got 1000 songs and 22 APPs on it and still plenty of room for more.Very sharp looking phone, its extremely fast navigating from page to page i defently recommend this device.
