This is the most ugliest phone I have ever had. It freezes very often and the call drops. Some times it make me go crazy. The call ending button will not even work while disconnecting the call. No Matter what ever applications is being used on the phone.. It just stucks at one screen. I will have to remove the battery, reboot it and then start using it again.

1. Press urgent call in idle mode
2. input *983*987#，it will go to the factory reset interface and customer can reset the handset to Default.
Note:this method will delete all the personal information in the phone,please back up inportant information.

This device is really a good one and the updated version of N860 Warp. The 4.3-inch touch screen features 960-by-540-pixel resolution, which works out to a sharp 256 pixels per inch. Text and images look great, as does pretty much everything else. The only issue, which is something I've noticed on some other ZTE phones as well, is that the screen panel itself is more reflective than usual, which can make it harder to concentrate on the display. There are three capacitive touch buttons beneath the screen that worked fine, and typing wasn't an issue on the roomy display.

-You can reset password via the bounded Gmail account as follows: When you have constantly input wrong password for 5 times, the mobile phone will notify to reset password, then you have to input the bounded Gmail account and password to reset unlocking pattern. (Note: You need to connect mobile phone with wireless network and bind mobile phone with Gmail account) This way is a little comprehensive, but you can save your personal data with this way.

Its an awesome phone and has a attractive looks.The features are too good.I have not faced any trouble with the phone and i feel its worth to buy this phone.

The default saving path is the mobile phone, you can enter into Settings—Storage—Save Location to set the default saving path as memory card, then enter into MMS to click the attachment and click Save.

But, if the phone is exceeds 4GB then you need to insert a memory card!!!!!!

This is really an amazing phone that i have ever seen. I have this phone less than a year but has wonderful features. It has given me no trouble till date and has always performed well with its unique features. The camera clarity is superb and the videos are recorded just like in an HD quality. It runs on Android Ginger Bread and one of the best phones from ZTE. Thanks ZTE.

To transfer the music you can use the U disk option of the device. To use the mobile phone as an U disk, please connect the mobile phone with a USB data cable, then click Menu--Notification--USB connected, then click Turn on USB storage to enter into U disk mode, make sure the mobile phone has SD card. Besides, you don't need to install driver.
