@ Martina Ibrahim. Just go to settings & then look for app permissions under which you just need to enable "T-mobile name ID" . This should display caller ID .

All the features are good but the issue of contacts not syncing with calls and caller ID doesn't show up for incoming calls is a too bad thing .. I bought my mobile from T-Mobile ..
If any one find a solution of this problem please tell me

I bought this at Metropcs store for $39 plus one month service was $30 (US dollars). I got it that cheap because I ported my number from AT&T. It's a pretty good phone for this price.

Well I brought my phone Oct 11th only use it 3 days and got locked out of it. Its November now and I'm still locked out the phone I paid $135 for that phone. And the phone was only $99 dollars. I didn't receive any good customer service. They wanted me to called the insurance ppl but they don't have anything to do with it cause the phone is not broke. The hiefers wasn't going to tell me about the security warranty so I can get another phone they act like they didn't care cause it's not there phone. If you purchase this phone make sure you have the phone in your hand and do everything your self. They act like they couldn't give me a new phone

Anyone...Malasia? Seriously? No never will either. Its an exclusive phone for. American company. Your lucky though. The phone is great on paper but in the real world ITS CRAP!!!

PHONE, SIM, GMAIL etc...
Make sure you're using only ONE Gmail account for everything.
If you have more than one, *ME*, and you are logged into the phone as "1" but save the contact under "2" the calls will not correlate to contact.
Do you save contact with the "+1" or just (123) 555-1212?
If this fails just tell your mom to stop calling you from her disposable phones :)

I have had nothing but problems with the phone it allows me to down load a few things and then I try to down load stuf from play station and I get a message saying the phone is unable to down load I have taken it back 3x and they finally gave me a new phone which work well for 4 days and started doing the same thing worse phone I have ever had.
