Well I was thinking about buying this because I have the ZTE MAX and I love it but since I was searching this phone I will just stay with my ZTE MAX I've had this phone for three years

Yes I brought a ZTE pro max phone what happens a month later . All the Google apps craped out I spend over 8 hrs trying to get Google to work right all I get is that Google play services need to be updated so I thought I cleaned the data there it is .And was told they knew about the problem and still sold to the consumer and don't like having another company sell it

My problem with this phone my bottom board has went out on this phone and the one before this. Just got this phone Saturday. Now I am going to take it back, hope I get a better phone.

Screen breaks easily....... false advertising and the company will not do anything to fix or replace it. I filed an official compliant for false adverting

It will turn itself off and then cut back on maybe an hour or so later. I can't deal and this stress me out!!! I think I might have to return it. I really like the phone, I just can't deal with the phone turning off and I can't use it for whatever length of time. AAArrghhh!!

This phone does not have 5ghz, and I'm not sure how to check the LTE bands, but my guess is that ZTE embellished on these as well as having 5ghz. The latest patch made wifi calling unusable, (it did make web browsing much faster). So using this phone for voice inside is not something that is currently fun. Have to reboot phone at least twice a day for voice calls now.

I love this phone except it won't read any micro sd card except Kingston brand. But idc since you're not supposed to put apps on it. So pretty much micro sd cards are useless. I have my iPad Pro for games and photos so I don't need a micro sd card. Even Samsung and Sandisk cards don't work in this phone. So if you need a micro sd card be prepared to pay a premium price for a Kingston card or move on.

This is a good phone and all but it only uses android 6.0.1 Marshmallow, which is a bit outdated in this day of age since Android O is coming out and Nougat is going to be a year old soon. I wonder if there is going to be a Nougat update for this phone but I doubt it when they come out with the ZTE Zmax Pro 2. The screen is nice, the phone build quality is brilliant and the cameras are good. It's just a buggy phone though. Is there going to be any root available for this device any time soon?

Nur mamun, 25 Mar 2017does this phone support any other sim cards or only zte spe... moresupports my external 32g card just fine - plus, it's a card that my lg (previous phone) could not even identify!

Has alot of software and driver issues do not buy at least wait another 6 months when these issues will be fixed hopefully.just trying to save you some skin.

i finally saved up enough money to buy this phone. i dont know when ill get it but hopefully tomorrow or sunday. this phone sounds great.
