happy new year. is this phone getting android 14? ive been reading conflicting posts some say only the inferior oppo a78 5g and other site says both models will get the update?

Bought this phone yesterday. ColourOS is trash and horrible (I am coming from oneui which is far better than colouros) Does anyone have any suggestions on what I can do with the os? (I was thinking of maybe installing a custom ROM?)

The video res is bad its only 1080p Oppo a5 2020 still better with 4k video res

It can play games in HD/HDR smoothly, for PUBG you will need to use a GFX tool for better quality. This phone has a great game toolkit too. Sound is good with loud speakers and volume boost. Overall, I happy I got this instead of Redmi note 12 with Snapdragon 685

battery life is great. I easily achieve 6hrs screen on time with fairly heavy use, especially when I playing war thunder mobile which is using a lot of battery. It also has 67W supervooc, 8% to 62% in just 25 mins (yes, I'm using a stopwatch until reaches 25 minute mark. I'm not using my phone at all during charging session). For a cheap price, this phone has a crazy specs tho, so don't expect you will get Samsung Galaxy S3 Ultra specs for that price.

The battery life is good for me. I don't know why people are complaining, perhaps it was tempered with.ni multitask and play games,but it's good. But 430 nits is low. 700 nits would have been manageable. Network is fair inu opinion

I have bought this phone and been using it for the past 3 days.. the Performance and display are quite good..
but when it comes to battery life?? I don't know what are people complaining about??
