the alcatel s'pop comes with front facing camera though

Iv got a tpop, its good but iv noticed a second camera or something very similar to the left of the ear speakers. If you look carefully youl see it.. But how do i use it? Iv checked every settings on this fone but nothing.. Does anyone know?

My T'Pop 4010x serves me well. However, I find the home, menu & back screen quite insensitive when compared to other Alcatel phones like Ot 918. why? Why should the American t'pop have 3MP3 Camera n others 2MP? Isn't that what is called Market Discrimination?
I don't like it's vibrator either.
I GUESS IT DOESN'T MEET THE 1GHz processor as sp ecified!

My T'pop keeps telling me "no sufficient storage" whenever I try to install Apps. I even bought a 4GB mem card thinking it'd solve the problem, but all was in vain. Please tell me how to solve this problem coz I have a smart phone with no Apps!
