Hi All
We bought this phone for several months
It works well
Sound when you connect good
LTE is good
But - and this is not a disadvantage but specifications must remember
The RAM 1 GB
Weight should also consider it
Battery and charging well and touch also
But when i read the user manual and found it belonging to the company tirelessTCL when the phone owned by Alcatel

They've probably sold zero units! - Then they complain it doesn't sell!
Just make it available!
Or better yet: make a new model with 10" FHD, SD 617, 3GB, 32GB+SD

I have this with android. I am not so much satisfied since it lags a little. battery backup ok. rear cam ok. front cam seems like "out of focus". clearing memory is easy. lollypop needs at least 2gb ram to run smoothly.

I have this device and I am very pleased with it, I have been waiting for the right tablet to come along that was exactly what I was looking for and the fact it has everything I needed plus phone capabilities was a bonus for me! The only downside for me was the memory size purely because I have a young baby and I am finding myself taking a lot of video recording of his development which the videos have taken alot of my 8gb memory, the cameras front and rear are very good it is also lightweight and easy to use! I love everything about this device and I have to say I am very hard to please where the perfect device is concerned lol yeah I love it so much my mobile phone is no longer used because this is an all round good device!! 💙 😘

You get OS updates directly from Microsoft with Windows 10 mobile. Android is the opposite. Android is like PCs preinstalled with spywares, malwares, and different UI from the OEMs with no timely updates.
