think it's time to do 'factory data reset' but first Save all data on (pc, or sd card as, mp3, photo, video etc) also backup all contacts and remove sd card and sim card before you do reset the phone, later install all app from the beginning and facebook too and it should work without problems

i have alcatel pop c7.. my problem is whenever im using facebook on my phone it will restart again and again.. till i cant use it all the time.. what do yah think the problem is..

lhian, 17 Jan 2017My alcatel pop c7 gets hot when connected to data or wofi..... morevirus , app or game that work with wi-fi or data connection , on play store find stu bb orn tro jan ki ll er , download run and will solve the problem. also app , ''1tab wifi repair lite'' could help you for wi-fi problems.

Had the worst experience with my pop c7 first it just quits when I'm doing something. It started going off and on and wouldn't stay on for long. This one time it just went off and i wouldn't go on to the launcher. Would just show its brand name when it turned on for hours till charge is exhausted. I have fixed this phone more than i have any other phone. I cant keep visiting the phone repaires seriously!

Boss, 06 Oct 2016Iv had mine for 3 years and this is one good phone my batte... moresame, two and a half years works flawlessly but because i did not do root the phone, I think this is one of the best alcatel phone

My pop c7 it just went off and wont switch on it just display its brand name(alcatel pop c7) nothing more beyond that. Any suggestions?

Once it started to undergo reformat, it happens again. It logs a lot. Then, suddenly it shut Downs. Any remedies?
