Also, the SE might not be as rounded as the 3GS but the thinner and more lightweight build also has it's advantages. And the SE is made of metal and not of plastic. The difference between SE and 3GS is like day and night. From 3GS to 5s is already totally different but from 3GS to SE is just like switching from a nokia to a smartphone. Try it, you won't regret it

This is one of the things that has kept me from wanting to replace my 3GS all this time is the "en-hugening" of the phone, so I am thinking about it again now that there is a more reasonably-sized option again.

absolutely loved using the iphone 3gs. All the other iphones afterwards not so much. I hope apple hears this and brings out a smaller, modest, sub 4" iphone... maybe a iphone classic? :D

Just had to put my 3GS back into service after my iPhone 5 went through the washing machine... I'd forgotten how much I loved the feel of the smaller 3.5" phone. Now if only it would install any app I've purchased in the last 2 years!

if it shows that you're up to date, you're on 6.1.6 which is the last supported iOS version for iPhone 3GS
