It's better to keep the same design for atleast 2-3 generations to make some kind of brand identity.

    I hope they don't use IMX 766 again. Probably the worst 50 MP sensor besides JN1.

The big one here is that finally Zenfone will get wireless charging - why 8 and 9 didn't get one was always weird to me.

      I have the Z8 in silver colour and love the look of the back glass panel - the whole case is just stunning.

          ThAts just one fugly fone. Like a frog with herpes. Lot of power but too small to comfortably do a simple spreadsheet on. Productivity is directly proportional to size and power.

            Since it'll retain the 5.9" screen, this looks more like a Zenfone 9+ or Zenfone 9.2 to me. Nevertheless, I'll wait for the official announcement and availability since the Zenfone 9 never officially made its way to Malaysia.

                I just realized something: the 10's design is virtually the same as the 9.

                I thought it was a new design for a sec, but I was deceived.

                  Actually I wanna ask what's the extra features Asus has loaded on Zenfone 10!!
                  Nothing is special with Zenfone 10..
                  Zenfone 9 still is pretty good and even in some cases this far better than 10.
                  So upgrading to 10 is a clear waste of money.

                        I do not understand why people ask for updates of 3 years or 4 years, I have not seen any differences except some useless feathers addition and more battery consumption. Infact I will prefer not to update. Only security patches

                          Is the battery 4300 mAh confirmed?

No matter how much you decrease or increase the length, your thumb is not going to reach the top of the phone. So longer is still fine.

                                        But seeing the renders, the chin seems smaller in Zenfone 10, so overall length should be less than Zenfone 9. But it remains to be seen if they maintain the same battery capacity after adding wireless charging and reducing the length (only way is to increase the thickness).
