It's been 3 years , still I am using it, and it's so durable that i must have dropped it more than 50 times , and still it works fantastic.its camera pro mode beats maximum of new phones in astrophotography, HDR mode is awesome, and low light fills so light.. it's speaker is still so clear, what to say more.

I bought mine january 2017 and until now 2020 i am using it.. It is still great even though i fell it in a bucket of water last 2018 and got recovered.. Then dropped on the floor several times ,the screen had cracked and had been replaced.. Still it works..

I have eu asus_z012de / ze552KL and updated it to android 8.0 some months ago. It was not over the air, so you have to download the correct file and upgrade yourself.
I had a pesky problem with the wifi forgetting it's code, 8 was suppose to fix this but forgot to factory reset. Now everything works like a charm! Only annoying right now is those powerbattery notices but I will get it fixed too :)

I am using zf3 since oct 2017. Till now no issues. Everything has been working well. Obviously it is a nice phone.

Bough and used in October 2018, and then 1 month ago suffered from signal drop...I've checked all (2) sim card to another phone and there is all working normal. Finally problem with ghostly touch....My asus phone never drop, never shocked and never collide with something, but I've much problem with this Asus phone. I regret it.

Been using this phone since Nov 2016.
Still working great. Battery starts to drain a bit faster, trust me only a bit.
Restarting itself once in two months.
As for ghost touch problem, it occurs mostly when there is some water on the surface. Which means avoid touching it when your hand is wet, and avoid breathing too close to the screen.
Freezes once in a while (only when you overloads the system), not a big problem, just power restart it.
I would personally say that I am satisfied with the performance and endurance of this device.
minor SW errors, not a big issue.
Looking at current condition, I may be able to use it for another two years.
37.000 JPY (~300 EUR) for 5 years? so much savings. :)

It is not being charged that faster as it used to ea... morefixed it somehow. the charging port was dirty. cleaned it with some toothpick and some pins, then finished it with small amount of alcohol. now it's charging fine. about the battery, it really does drains fast after some years of usage. nothing we can do about it as it is caused by daily usage, unless we have our battery changed. hope it helps...
