Great Move from ASUS! I was actually waiting for Zenfone 4.5 to arrive here in the Philippines, I'm glad Zenfone 5 Lite came instead!
PROS:(compared to Zenfone 4)
It costs just 1000 pesos more than Zenfone 4.
It comes with Android KitKat out of the Box.
Better Camera (8 megapixel) with LED Flash
Bigger Battery! Even higher than the Batt of Zenfone5.
Plus, ALL ZENFONEs will get a LOLLIPOP OS upgrade by April 2015!
The only CON for me is the VGA front camera, but since I dont do video calls often, its not a deal breaker.
Zenfone LITE is PERFECT for people who find the ZenFone 4 too small, but cannot afford ZenFone 5. Kudos ASUS :)

compared to Asus zenfone 4 A450cg, it has only good battery life and resolution. price is also 2000/- higher.

Annon, 18 Nov 2014as what i have stated on my first comment when this lite ve... morelol. . . redmi 1s is a CRAP phone dude. so many issues like frequent restarts, heating, ram problem, sluggish, apps frequently crashes. id rather go to asus ZF5 lite when it comes to performance than your b*******t redmi 1s. .

Is this supposed to be rival for Moto E? Price is just 1k less than Asus 5 A501. I thought they will launch upgraded version of Asus 5 A501 with better battery and OS but all we are getting is this lite version.. :/

I think Zenfone 5 LTE A500KL is WORST than Quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon plus 2GB RAM.Built in storage 16GB.And of course its LTE (4g) with Cat4
